The room was acceptable overall, but there were some comfort-related issues. An automatic bathroom fan turned on every morning at 08:00 with loud noise and no option to control or switch it off. It was highly disruptive and negatively affected the stay. The bathroom floor was very cold, which made it uncomfortable to use, especially in the mornings. In addition, one of the light bulbs in the fixture was not working. The TV remote was missing its back cover and had no batteries upon arrival. Although this was resolved after one day, it should have been checked before guests checked in. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which we appreciated.

They upgraded my single room and was available for early check-in room was big enough for four people I always stay at the Inntel and would highly recommend for the location friendly staff and overall spotless you won't be disappointed

Room was ok only certain plugs worked in our room rang up about this girl on reception desk told us to give her 5 mins and she’ll ring back she never did ,staff aren’t the friendliest the man who deals with the luggage was very rude to me and my partner due to cancellation on our flight we had to rebook again and the girl on the reception desk didn’t care just told us a price put us in a room with single beds room didn’t look clean either smoke buds on the floor and wallpaper all the wall starting to rip very disappointing experience again use to love this hotel but now I just feel like it’s gone down hill
