Large clean room, wonderful pillows, friendly & accommodating staff, excellent buffet breakfast with options for allergies such as gluten & dairy, close to downtown core, train station & Phillips Stadium.

Ik kan niets verkeerd zeggen over dit hotel. Kamer was perfect. Proper, groot genoeg, alles voorzien zoals handdoeken, opgemaakt bed zeep, koffie, enz.. Ontbijt was proper verzorgd, lekker en genoeg om zonder honger van tafel te gaan. De mensen die er werken waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enigste minpuntje. De ondergrondse parking was volzet, heel raar. Maar achter de hoek en recht over waren nog bewaakte betaal parkings voor ongeveer de zelfde prijs. Hotel was 24€ voor 24u en de ondergrondse parking achter de hoek was 26€ voor 24u. De ligging van het hotel is ook heel goed. Dichtbij het treinstation en het centrum. En voor de voetbal fans, het Phillips stadion (PSV) is op wandel afstand. Mijn vrouw en ik gaan zeker nog eens terug.

I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. Hot water came and cold water from the shower head and hand shower at same time which cannot be adjusted. It was very dangerous as people wouldn't notice the water came from shower head was so hot. Besides, the room was so dark that I even cannot make up properly. I escalated the situation to the staff on next day morning, and they sorted out the issues but I don't think I will choose the hotel again.

Nice breakfast, location and big room space. Bed is quite comfortable, but no mini bar. There is NO air temperature control in room to be adjusted. It was a bit cold in winter time.

Spontan als Paar eine Nacht im Superior Spa Room gebucht. Die Ankunft ins Parkhaus mit einem Coupé (Lexus LC) hat leider für mehrere Hunderte Euros Schaden gesorgt, beide Seitenschweller haben komplett aufgesetzt ! Daher warne ich jeden der mit einem Porsche o.Ä. angereist kommen ! Fahrt nicht ins Hotel eigenen Parking ! Der Empfang an der Rezeption war durchaus angenehm obwohl an einem Freitag Abend bereits viele Gäste schlange standen bei nur einem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Das Superior Spa Zimmer befand sich am 9. und letzten Stockwerk, es war sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, nichts beschädigt und bequem charmant da sich alle Lichter dimmen lassen. Das einlaufen des Spa dauert etwas länger hier ist also etwas Geduld erforderlich und sehr heiß kriegt man es nicht hin dennoch eine angenehm warme Wassertemperatur ! Wir würden dieses Hotel nochmal buchen wenn der Preis stimmt aber würde mit einem SUV z.B. anreisen !

Helemaal top, prachtige kamer, schoon, heerlijk bed en nog mooier bad. Goede ligging ook. De spa bevindt zich in een ander (aansluitend) gebouw en is even zoeken, maar ook daar is het heerlijk. Aan alles is gedacht. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Heerlijk grote kamers, fijne douche, de badkamer heeft alles wat je verwacht. De kamers waren super schoon, complimenten aan de schoonmakers! Personeel bij de receptie was ook erg vriendelijk. Locatie is ook ideaal, tussen het station en het PSV-stadium in. Dit hotel neem ik zeker in overweging mee als ik opnieuw een weekendje in Eindhoven ben. Paar kleine verbeterpuntjes; ik had graag meer haakjes gezien om bijvoorbeeld mijn jas aan op te hangen, ik dacht een tweepersoonsbed te hebben aangevraagd maar dat werden twee eenpersoonsbedden aan elkaar, en je moest wel met twee kussens slapen omdat één wel heel zacht was.
