Un plus es su ubicación a menos de 5 minutos caminando de la gran vía y del centro de la ciudad. Aunque el exterior del edificio no es muy agradable el apartamento estable impecable, mobiliario moderno y en muy buen estado. Cómodo para cuatro personas. La calefacción, la estufa y en general todos los implementos de la cocina en perfecto estado y los necesarios para una excelente estadía.
A menos de 100 pasos de una farmacia y una cafetería. En general muy bien todo.

Nice and helpful receptionists. We arrived at 1pm and they checked us in early. They changed our room to the one with an elevator to accommodate our stroller and luggages. Thank you so much

Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.

地點不錯，算是市中心，房間設備很齊全，員工也很友善，但可能是因為比較晚才洗澡，浴室洗手台熱水很熱，但沖澡的熱水卻是溫溫的，另外因為住1樓，所以吵雜聲也比較大，但整體而言算是一家不錯的旅館
