On behalf of my kids, I I would like to reach out to say Thank you very much to the staff who helped them on Feb.20th. My son boasted how the staff who helped them were so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Please pass my sincere thanks to him and to the owner. You have a great staffs who care so much about their customers and as travellers, these are what we normally look for. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about this place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My kids had a wonderful experience that started with amazing service.

Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.

地點不錯，算是市中心，房間設備很齊全，員工也很友善，但可能是因為比較晚才洗澡，浴室洗手台熱水很熱，但沖澡的熱水卻是溫溫的，另外因為住1樓，所以吵雜聲也比較大，但整體而言算是一家不錯的旅館
