It is a very different place. We Were In a Room with Barry Strange spaces, a lot of mirrors and Open spaces. We’re not very comfortable with this kind of design. If you would like much more traditional hotel, I would highly recommend you. Don’t choose this one.

EL hotel tiene una politica que no justifica las cinco estrellas por ejemplo yo pedi comida al hotel y pedí que fuese entregada en recepción o en algún sitio en la entrada del Hotel, me ha tenido que llamar el repartidor porque no lo dejaban ni acceder a la puerta y al llamar yo mismo a recepción me comentan que es la política del Hotel para que los huéspedes consuman en su restaurant. Esto nunca me lo he encontrado ni en un Hotel de dos estrellas, en mi caso, cuando viajo a Madrid adoro comer comida venezolana y no entiendo por qué tengo que consumir en el Hotel. Además me parece de muy mal gusto que un Vigilante abuse de su poder a un repartidor de comida que solo hace un trabajo. ( fue grosero con el repartidor ) Total, que finalmente me tocó que bajar deprisa, porque el repartidor me llamó, ya que tampoco querían llamar a la habitación para avisar que había llegado una comida. Es lamentable que un Hotel bien ubicado con buenos servicios que empiecen envejecer como es normal, tenga tan pésima atencion y una política que lejos de acercar al huésped, lo aleja yo no volveré más a este Hotel. Es la primera vez que sucede algo así.

não gostei do meu quarto (piso 4) banheira desnecessária chuveiro fraco e piso escorregadio alcatifa no quarto muito suja pouco espaço na casa de banho para pousar produtos torneira da pia pouco pratica molhavas se o chão todo espelho atras de porta da casa de banho????? enfim nada confortável para um hotel 5* precisava uma renovação pelo menos nesse piso 4 ...voltarei a Madrid mas não a esse Hotel.

Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut. Huoneessa oli 27,5 astetta yöllä. Kun kerroimme tästä respaan, tuli korjaaja joka puhui vain espanjaa, emmekä ymmärtäneet, mitä hän sanoi. Hän sanoi, että ilmastointi toimii, kun painamme ”automatic” nappia. Meillä oli kyseinen nappi päällä, ja huoneessa oli silti todella kuuma. Huoneen äänieristys oli olematon, ja oven alta kajasti valo käytävälle. Yöllä jos joku käveli tai puhui käytävällä, äänet kuuluivat hyvin selkeästi. Muuten kokemus oli ihan positiivinen, aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas.

A localização a meio caminho do aeroporto e do centro da cidade foi ideal para mim. Hotel muito confortável. Cada andar foi assinado por um diferente arquiteto, tornando a experiência interessante. O café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe de funcionários atenciosa e amável.

This is a fantastic hotel. Great rooms, comfy beds and the decor on each floor is amazing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful too. The observatory bar and resteraunt has great veiws over the city and the hotel is only 15mins from the siaport by taxi and has a metro station conveniently located 150m away. Will be staying again, its faultless.
