One couldn’t hope for a better hotel in Lucerne! From the huge room with giant windows and Juliette balconies overlooking the lake, to the incredible architecture of the building, the modern spacious bathroom, and the incredible service and hospitality of the staff, this property is 10/10 in every way. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this hotel. While it possesses a favorable location, the quality of the food at 3 of the 4 restaurants has been unsatisfactory, the pricing is excessively high, and the service standards are significantly below average.
The hotel itself has not been properly maintained and appears to be deteriorating.

One couldn’t hope for a better hotel in Lucerne! From the huge room with giant windows and Juliette balconies overlooking the lake, to the incredible architecture of the building, the modern spacious bathroom, and the incredible service and hospitality of the staff, this property is 10/10 in every way. Room was incredible and hotel itself was very clean and friendly, pool is perfectly useable and just warm enough for a comfortable swim, location is also great. Our only issue with this hotel was the restaurants, prices were EXTREMELY high and portion sizes are laughable.. If you stay here I recommend using other restaurants nearby to make sure you are full without having to spend 200+ just to have a standard meal. Other than this it was a very pleasant stay.
