Staff was extremely helpful, the person who checked us in went above and beyond. He helped us with finding the right Trains, and times to leave to make the most of our day at Mt Titlis. We didn't have the right electrical wall adapter for our room and he lent us one at no cost. The place is clean, conveniently right neside the trainstation. Great stay!

This was a great place to stay if you want to explore in and outside of Lucerne! Very close to the train and bus station (7 min walk).

The room is quite big and the room settings is good. I love the long table along of the wall, it is very useful for me to place my stuff rather than just put it on a tiny bedside table. And the location is quite good. It is very silence. By walking for 5 mins you can access to the train station to downtown.

有風扇，無冷氣，無雪櫃，wifi不錯 酒店位置距離Kriens Mattenhof站很遠，好的是酒店有免費卡出琉森，附近有超市，吃的，但超市收很早，當你走到很累回酒店時開門發現不能開，那一下子實在氣憤，又要去大堂找他們弄過，早餐很普通，不適合中國人口味，全凍吃，只有蛋是熟的，酒店房內非常殘舊，令人很不舒服感覺，不過大堂職員態度和速度很好

The hotel is easily accessed with around 5 mins walk from the station and the room is quite large. We enjoy much for the breakfast. However, there is no kettle provided and that's a bit inconvenience when we would like to have hot water.
