Happy. Good location .

Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am.

We enjoyed our stay and will return!

Fantastic service, sizeable room, convenient location, and wonderful breakfast and upstairs terrace. The service was particularly wonderful during our stay and is worth highlighting. There are limited amenities at this property - no laundry, the coffee available on each floor is not very tasty - but the location so near the lake and great dining is terrific.

I liked the clean room plenty of natural light,I liked one of front desk employee the name Jacky tram went extra mile to give me information about the city how to get around in transportation thank to her was much easier to navigate my stay here. What I didn’t liked in the darkness of the corridors even the light was on still very spooky and darkness due to walls in dark also people in the Breakfast were very unfriendly not customers service at all.

While Aletta at the front reception may be the most helpful, professional hospitality worker in the world—the lack of mini fridge and the abysmal air conditioning when spending more than $500 a night for two rooms is insurmountable. Alarms going off…. An odd and uncomfortable experience.

Fabulous hotel close to the lake and upscale shopping. Super helpful, professional staff. Young, fashionista-type vibe. Excellent breakfast, Clean, spacious room with great AC. Reminds us of the W hotels. Great spot!

Gave me a room right next to the elevator. Woke up 5x to its vacuum-like sounds. There is no parking. You need to park offsite and carry your luggage 3 blocks from the parking garage. Then the stamp they give you for the parking discount has to be taken to an actual person working at this garage, which when i left at 6:45a, no one was working. The hotel doesn't have any street signage and is located within a building-mall complex so just be aware so as to not walk around looking for any sort street entrance.

We made a reservation for a WOW room for 4 nights. Let me share an honest feedback with pros and cons. PROS: the hotel location is great in the very heart of the city, which is very convenient for tourists my us. The room was a decent size for a typical European hotel. Cons: The façade of the hotel that is shown on Expedia and hotel websites doesn't exists. The hotel is hidden inside a shopping mall and is difficult to find. A shower in a bathroom has cheap fabric curtain, and there is no any barrier on the floor. So, when you take a shower the water is spreading on the whole bathroom floor. There is no any vanity in the bathroom, only a sink. Therefore, no place to put your toiletries. There is no usual table In the room, only narrow counter along the wall. Instead of usual garbage can they use a big open bucket, which is very unpleasant to see all the time. In general the room was furnished very cheap. There is no any coffee maker in the room. The only option to get coffee or tea is to go through a very very long corridor to a service room, where you can get coffee or tea bags with tap water. Again, even there there is no a coffee machine. The front desc booked taxi for us, but misinformed about the process. We had to pay extra CHF19 for a few minutes between booking and getting to the car. We understand that nothing is cheap in Switzerland, but still for the money the hotel charges they could provide a better facility and services.

Very clean and modern. Great location. Rooftop terrace was narrow without a view, however. Breakfast was excellent. Weirdly- our very very small room had no storage- not a shelf or a hook so be prepared to literally live out of your suitcase!

All staff were welcoming and helpful with instructions when asked

This place had swagger! Such cool vibe and design.

I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room - I travel with insulin which should be refrigerated but had to be left out for 6 days. Bed was comfortable, staff was wonderful, shower was great! Breakfast was good - would have liked some warm foods like oatmeal but was good. The location was perfect! In the center of everything and in walking distance to most places! Thank you Ruby Claire and staff, it was a great stay ! Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay there. Alan was very helpful. I will definitely go back to stay at the hotel.

As three friends we had a great experience at the hotel. We managed to lock ourselves out a couple of times but nothing was too much trouble. The communal space on the top floor was everything you needed. It was light, airy and very comfortable. Outdoor and indoor. Breakfast was good and a great selection. Ideally situated in the central area. The free travel pass is an excellent service.

Allan was splendid! Loved the hotel vibes it was an incredible stay! Would love to to go to other locations! Excellent hotel with very gen z atmosphere.
