Great hotel nothing to complain about even if you try

Really loved this beautiful hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing so delicious I always wake up so happy to come and enjoy the breakfast with such good food choices and traditional Turkish breakfast. Such a friendly team at reception and the waitress/waitors for breakfast too. The food is very good quality and delicious! Such a clean posh elegant hotel and local to Taksim which is great. Loved the rooms were so clean and beautiful views

Overall, our hotel room provided a perfect balance of cleanliness, comfort, and modern elegance. It exceeded my expectations and made my one night stay a very enjoyable experience.

Title: Inconsistent Front Desk, Subpar Breakfast – Exceptional Service from Delphine As a frequent guest of five-star hotels, I rarely leave reviews—whether positive or negative. However, I believe it is important to share my recent experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Istanbul – Piyalepasa, as it involved both areas of concern and commendable service. Upon arrival just after midnight, I was unexpectedly asked to provide a 100 EUR deposit for the minibar, which was surprising given that minibar charges are typically settled at checkout based on actual usage. Additionally, I inquired about a room upgrade, and was quoted 110 EUR by the night shift staff. He invited me to view the room the following morning before making a decision. However, when I returned the next day, a different staff member quoted 250 EUR for the same upgrade. This significant discrepancy in pricing and lack of internal communication was both confusing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the front desk staff was not positive. Their attitude lacked warmth and hospitality, and at times they gave the impression that they were above assisting guests. This is not the level of service I would expect from a Hilton-branded property. The breakfast offering also fell short of expectations. The hot buffet was extremely limited, with no availability of basic items such as fried eggs, and overall selection did not meet the standard of a five-star hotel. This is an area that requires cl

2 günlük bir konaklama yaptım. Konumu ve zincir otel markası olduğundan dolayı burayı tercih ettim. Ancak otel tam anlamıyla rezalet. 3-5 lira fazla vermeyelim diyerek burayı tercih ettik. Ancak PİŞMANLIK.

The stuff could be a little nicer.

Resepsiyondaki arkadaslar guleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otel-Taksim'e shuttle olması çok iyi düşünülmüş.. odalar temizdi. Sadece bizim odanin tv sesi acilmiyordu. Bunu iletmeme ragmen cözum bulunamadı ama pek sorun değil.. bu bölgede kalma isyeyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Ich hab ein Suite gebucht, die zwei zusätzlichen Betten für die Kinder waren ausziehbare Schlafsofa, sehr ungemütlich, die im Raum befindlichen Tische alt! Der Schlafsofa sehr unpraktisch. Das Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Ich hätte von einem Fünftel viel mehr erwartet.!!!
