This property was convenient, right next to Cardiff Central, but quiet (could not hear the trains from the room). The area is perfectly situated in the shopping district of Arcades, between the castle and the harbour front. Only concern was them requiring my passport number on check in. I’ve never been asked for this at any hotel in the past.

C'était parfait sur toute la ligne: personnel serviable et aux petis soins, emplacement près d'une épicerie, stations de bus, jetée et habitations de luxe avec pont privé et petits jardins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits comme des nuages. Il y a juste le climatiseur portatif mais qu'on peut éteindre au besoin. Salle de bain avec bain et produits de toilette de la marque Cabtree ( pas cheap).
Ils nous ont accueillis avec un cookie délicieux et tout chaud pour chacun.
Grâce à eux on a adoré notre séjour. See you soon.

Good budget option for an overnight stay. Very convenient for railway station.Rooms compact but more than adequate. Cleanliness good though slight whiff of drains in bathroom. Staff excellent. Would 100% stay again.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the station as I was travelling each day by train very early in the morning. It is the closest hotel and so it was perfect for location. The friendly welcome was let down by the dreaded words "you room is on the lower ground floor" I was not very happy with this and for me, it was a real let down for my stay. Everything worked well and the room was comfortable, but I just don't like basement rooms.

Everything was great for one night with the exception of the air conditioning, which kept turning off and the room overheated t throughout the night. Got a lukewarm apology in the morning, which didn’t make up for a poor sleep.
