Well-positioned if you want to stay close to Flinders St station, visit the ACMI, and walkable to stops in the free tram zone. Car rental is also available within the hotel facilities, so it was easy for us to leave our luggage at the concierge, rent a car for the GOR and return to stay at the hotel again.

It's in a very good location, not very busy but not quiet. Very close to the Yarra River, there are even rooms with the Yarra River view. The room is clean, cozy, comfortable. The breakfast menu is prodigious.

This is an amazing place to stay, such a wide diversity of people staying there. The facilities are perfect, nice comfortable booths to work and have some private time. This is so far the best and value for money hotel in Melbourne if you’d like to stay in CBD area. Exactly in the heart of Melbourne shopping arcade (Bourke St Mall). The room is surprisingly quite big. I got a very early check-in (at 10 am). So perfect for family. Yes, I would like to stay here again when I visit Melbourne. Thank you Holiday Inn!!!

It’s my first time visit melbourne and City square is a great way for your first stay. It close to every thing and the man at the reception is very helpful. The room is not that new but It have everything you need, it can put my 2 large luggage and still have a space. Airport skybus pick-up and drop-off are about 2 minute walking, it so easy if you have a large luggage.
