There was beautiful artwork displayed, coffee/lattes always available, and the staff was very pleasant. There was a leak in our room which was remedied promptly. Definitely would stay here agin.

Great room. Great pool area. Feels like a mini resort. Only difficult thing was realizing check in and main desk are on floor 10 of the building. After that it was a breeze.

The valet service was unavailable every time we needed our vehicle. On multiple occasions, we waited over 45 minutes before ultimately having to pay for an Uber because we couldn’t access the car we had driven to the hotel. Each time, I confirmed with the front desk that a valet attendant would be available. After taking the elevator down from the 10th floor, there was never anyone at the valet stand. I even used the valet phone to contact the front desk, and although I was told they would reach the valet attendant, we still couldn’t get the keys to our vehicle. Charging $60 per day for valet service is unacceptable when guests cannot access their own vehicle. The purpose of paying for valet is convenience, but instead it resulted in wasted time, additional transportation costs, and significant frustration throughout our stay.

Room shower would not get hot enough even after being told to run the water for 10 minutes. I had to shower in a friend's room. Room service never came. Pool was packed all the time. However, they did comp another meal we had. Staff was very nice and accommodating especially the cleaning staff.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bonaventure Montreal for five days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore downtown Montreal, Old Montreal, and Chinatown, as well as access nearby restaurants, shopping, the metro system and attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout our stay. My daughter and her boyfriend really enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was a great way to unwind. The buffet breakfast each morning was convenient and offered a nice variety of options to start the day. We were travelling in a large vehicle, so we especially appreciated the valet parking service, which easily accommodated it and made arriving and departing hassle-free. Overall, Hotel Bonaventure Montreal provided excellent accommodations, great amenities, and a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal.

Place was fine but not worth the price. Nothing is included with the steep price and you will have to pay for everything extra (breakfast, parking). Pool area is also packed and unusable most of the day. Better off staying at a cheaper hotel.
