Clean rooms and really kind staff. We drove in and the valet was super helpful making sure we got the best deal for parking.

Likely proximity to the central station via rail and metro station offers luggage storage great breakfast food and the staff Did not Like no microwave oven very hard to find the room

The water temperature in the spa was just lukewarm. Should be between 102 and 103 to profit from the therapeutic benefits. Soft drinks and water were a little over priced.

Extremely busy pool therefore we didn’t use it. It looked nice. Location wasn’t bad. A bit of a walk to the water and action. Room was big and had a nice view.

Clean, quiet room. Love the pool and outdoor garden. Elevators are quick. Staff friendly and helpful when asked questions. Good location.

Positives: Terrific location. Rooms are large, very clean, and well appointed. No city noise when you choose a garden room. Housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is a unique and enjoyable feature. The fitness facility is great for cardio and weight training. Suggestions: Fabric shades for bedside lights. Bare light bulbs, particularly LEDs, are hard on the eyes. Music in the fitness centre.

This hotel was an awesome experience all around. Enjoyed every aspect of it.

Service was great, the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast on the premises and room service which was quick and tasty! My daughter loved the pool, It was a perfect temperature.

Beautiful garden hotel in the middle of Montreal

Room was a bit rundown with minor cosmetic issues (aside from the ants we found…probably expected since there is a full on botanical garden on the roof). Pool was good. Duck and goose watching on the patios was cool. A bit light on staff so waiting here and there. Overall it’s a unique upscale hotel with a good pool and unique landscaping. Location was aiight.

Awesome staff! They were very helpful and let me check in early. Pretty outside patio and trails and, Also loved how you can use amenities even before check in! Will be staying here again!

Absolutely amazing hotel, would stay here again. I accidentally left my belongings in the safe (ridiculous i know) and the housekeeping staff promptly gave my belongings back to the supervisor and I picked them up with no issues. You will NOT regret booking this hotel. 5 stars

We had a 2 night staycation and it was delightful. Our reason for going there was mainly because of the resort-like atmosphere of the outdoor heated pool and it did not disappoint. If you're looking for a tropical-like atmosphere in a lively setting, especially at night, this is the place! The pool opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m. in the summer. It even has an outdoor bar where you can be served lunch by the pool How perfect is that?The lush rooftop gardens with ducks inhabiting the streams and ponds were magical. Our renovated room overlooking the pool was spacious, comfortable and super clean. The restaurant and poolside staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative is the hotel check-in and check-out staff. I found them to be very impersonal and impatient. However, when I complained about the location of the room, one of them quickly found us a room to our liking. All in all, a memorable experience which will keep us going back.

Room was very clean and the hotel was located in a perfect location for shopping and restaurants.
