The pool was excellent.

Some hallway carpets are worn and presented potential tripping hazards. One coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. Room was clean and mostly well kept. Outside gardens were nice to look at but strange smells kept me from enjoying them.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for three days, including my newborn in a stroller and two young children. Despite traveling with small kids, we were assigned a room at the far end of the hotel, making it very inconvenient to reach, especially with a stroller and children. The room also had ants and cockroaches. I ignored it on the first day, but when I saw even more insects on the second day, I recorded a video and showed it to the front desk. The staff eventually changed our room, but unfortunately, we had to spend the first two nights in those poor conditions and only stayed in the new room for our last night. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was served until 11:30 a.m., and we arrived at 10:40 a.m., well within the serving hours. However, almost all the food was finished. When I politely asked a waitress if they could refill the items, since there was still plenty of time left, she replied, “Come early if you want to have breakfast.” I was shocked by such an unprofessional and rude response. I travel frequently and understand that issues can happen, but what truly matters is how a hotel handles them. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in both hospitality and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to families traveling with young children.

Loved my stay at Hotel Bonneadventure! Staff were amazing and we could not get enough of the hot tub and heated pool! perfect after a long day of sightseeing.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Outdoor pool - fabulous! Gym - fabulous! Staff - fabulous! Only downside was that we didn’t stay long enough.

Very nice room, large, with a peaceful garden view. Great location, between downtown and Old Montreal. Located across from train station, so very convenient if you need to catch a train. Pool seems nice but didn’t use it as it was too crowded. Nice hotel for families with children.

For the price point and the services offered I do not feel like this hotel was worth it. The hot tubs were both broken. There was no one at the outdoor bar one night and to grab a beverage from the restaurant inside was very slow. I asked for extra towels from the front desk, waited 15 minutes and called again to follow up. The towels came over and hour later by the time I was ready for bed. For $1,700 for 4 nights it was not worth it.

Staff was great. Rooms clean and spacious.

The pool! It's all about the outdoor pool (and the ducks and outdoor walkways).
