Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!! - Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport. - The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful. - Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. - One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide slippers. Nevertheless, this didn't affect our overall experience on our stay. :)

I wish I could stay longer. This place is exceptional!

Huge property, room is extremely clean, winter swimming pool and jacuzzi was an experience. The only thing was the hotel didn’t have a water dispenser

The staff is so friendly, tentative and professional! Hotel is beautiful and such close proximity to everything.

The room was spotless! Service was amazing. The onsite Spa was gorgeous. And the restaurant was high end. Definitely coming back soon. Highly recommended.

Definitely lacking staff support- my room was dirty when I checked in and took hours to get someone there. They had a conference so there was partying in the hallway at 2 am. Breakfast is just dry eggs and bread- not worth 25$

Friendly staff, heated garage, room was perfect, location very convenient

Honestly, it was not worth what I paid $300 a night almost. I walked in and the toilet had like blood or poop stains on it and it took hours for them to get housekeeping or even respond to me. Finally, they were able to move me, but nobody came and helped me. I just had to get everything done myself. There was a guest parties happening. Everyone drinking in the hot tub and the pool, and being really rowdy and then woken up at 2 AM with people yelling in the hallways as well again doesn’t seem right if you’re paying so much money to have a good nights rest and sleep Breakfast is mediocre not much to ride home but the bagels didn’t feel fresh.

The room was spotless, staff was awesome and the pool was perfect at -18 degree.

Staff excellent, room was spotless and the KUBE restaurant on site had excellent service and food. It was great to have access to the underground city using street clothes.

Were given card keys to a room already occupied by other guests. Very uncomfortable feeling. Zero privacy for that occupied room! Three robes, face and hand towels instead of four in our assigned room. Shower door handle stained and dirty. Toilet seat dirty. Not what I expected from a ‘superior’ room for which I paid for.

Really nice hotel, the pool is awesome. However, the soundproofing is terrible, and there were people partying in the hallway until 3 am. It’s a real party hotel on the weekends so beware of that.
