The pool, hot tub and sauna were beautiful and the pool was warm! The restaurant and bar and lobby were nicely decorated and drinks at the bar were great! Service was excellent as well! We enjoyed our seat and would come again!

Year-Round outdoor pool is fabulous. It's heated. It's like a warm bathtub. Very convenient location. Amazing service. Very clean. As good for families as it is for couples and groups of friends

Pool is awesome, we went every day, food was great. Only disappointment was that we requested a room with a view of the duck pond which we got, but there was no water flowing, looked like they were cleaning it and doing repairs during our stay so no view of the ducks :( but other than that it was great 👍

Conveniently located within walking distance to train station, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Friendly and professional staff. Unique setup with rooms on 10th floor with direct access to an outdoor pool!

Even though I had reserved a room with city view ahead of time, when I arrived I was informed that due to a hockey game my room was not available. I was given the option to either go to a different room with different bed arrangement (by the pool) or be transferred to a different hotel. I chose to stay. The room was noisy till 11 pm that the pool was closing. The room did not seem super clean and it had a funny odor. The breakfast was of mediocre to poor quality. I would not recommend this hotel.
