Excellent service and good value! Second time staying here and I would comeback. Great location. Very clean. Underground heated parking. Staff is friendly and professional. Bed was very comfortable. Hôtel is older but the service is awesome. Breakfast is included and one of the best continental breakfast I’ve had. For the price we paid we got a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Highly recommended! Especially for long stays.

Rooms were spacious, slightly worn decor and amenities but it wasn’t a problem for us. Amish at the front desk was extremely helpful, very pleasant! Breakfast mediocre, but included in price so can’t complain. We enjoyed our stay!

Have stayed here many times…room is always as expected…breakfast is better than any Continental and a plus…Front desk honestly needs to be more friendly and engaging with people…felt like I was talking to a robot and was programmed to not deviate from the script…put me off a bit

Good room and nice breakfast. However, we visited in February and upon arrival the room was VERY cold. It was 14 Celcius in the room. It seems that the hotel shuts down all heat/cooling when the motion detectors are off in the room. It saves energy, granted, but 14 Celcius is VERY cold, a minimum of 18 or 19 should be set in winter. Maintenance came very quickly to setup the thermometers and fan (which seems to be required to make the curtains move to fool the motion detector...). Front desk lent us 2 blankets to bundle up. But it took all night to bring the temp to 20. We have been to this hotel many times before and were always satisfied, but it seems things have changed so we'll avoid it in winter from now on. Great if you like cold. Note : Staff was very nice and accomodating...

Staff was nice. The room hadn’t been cleaned well when we got there, saw hairs on the bathroom floor, some left over things from a previous guest and the sink in the kitchen kept backing up for no reason. If you plan on staying in a family suite make sure you get a room with a stove, microwave was tiny.

On s entend que ce n est pas un hôtel luxueux, et qui manque un peu d Amour... Basé sur cette constatation, les petits déjeuners sont corrects et assez variés, les chambres très propres, le personnel hyper à l écoute, sympathique et dévoué, et que dire de l emplacement qui est parfait, près de tout! Quartier chinois, Place des Arts, Quartier des spectacles, Complexe Desjardins, des théâtres, et beaucoup d excellents restos. Nous avions deux réservations dont une suite avec 2 chambres fermées, et il y avait un grand frigo dans chaque chambre, ce qui est assez rare. Bref, si vous ne recherchez pas un endroit luxueux, c est un gros GO!!!
