The young lady who checked me in was wonderful. Very pleasant and accommodating.
My checkout was good, I asked them to apply the parking credit and after checking with the manager, they did.
Room was cleaned and larger than it expected after an upgrade. Breakfast was solid and I was able to catch it late into the morning.

The room was absolutely spotless and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Lots of options one of the best I’ve ever had on the road.
Only downside would be it’s a little noisy because of being an old hospital and marble floors. But still amazing.

On s entend que ce n est pas un hôtel luxueux, et qui manque un peu d Amour...
Basé sur cette constatation, les petits déjeuners sont corrects et assez variés, les chambres très propres, le personnel hyper à l écoute, sympathique et dévoué, et que dire de l emplacement qui est parfait, près de tout! Quartier chinois, Place des Arts, Quartier des spectacles, Complexe Desjardins, des théâtres, et beaucoup d excellents restos.
Nous avions deux réservations dont une suite avec 2 chambres fermées, et il y avait un grand frigo dans chaque chambre, ce qui est assez rare.
Bref, si vous ne recherchez pas un endroit luxueux, c est un gros GO!!!

We came from a 5 hrs drive. We expected the room would be ready. The body wash bottle was empty, the toilet when you flush water spits out. (Imagine doing number 2). No Housekeeping everyday. Other than that reception and kitchen staff were excellent.

We had a good time at our stay in Hotel Faubourg. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It is an older building and the rooms are not so modern. The Rooms were a bit dark however there is not much lighting. The breakfast options are okay as well not the best food, but will keep you full for the morning.
