The young lady who checked me in was wonderful. Very pleasant and accommodating. My checkout was good, I asked them to apply the parking credit and after checking with the manager, they did. Room was cleaned and larger than it expected after an upgrade. Breakfast was solid and I was able to catch it late into the morning.

The room was absolutely spotless and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Lots of options one of the best I’ve ever had on the road. Only downside would be it’s a little noisy because of being an old hospital and marble floors. But still amazing.

The location is fantastic and the staff are very nice. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The breakfast was more varied than I had expected. The only glitch was when we first were assigned a room, it smelled of cigarettes despite being a no smoking hotel. However the staff quickly assigned us another room and there was no smell. This is a great spot for a Montreal visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location was convenient and made getting around very easy. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.
