I book here every time I am montreal now. I love where the hotel is located since it’s walking distance from a lot places. This time around the room that I gotten felt and looked a lot cleaner and didn’t have a light lingering musty smell (never really bothered me a lot). But having a room that felt clean made the stay very nice. Also as always the staff are very friendly and helpful!

the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience....

Chambre vaste et propre, personnel charmant et équipements au top. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages parfait. Seuls regrets : le petit déjeuner, pas au niveau du reste des prestations de l’hôtel. Et pas de ménage entre les 2 nuits.

La chambre était belle et le personnel courtois mais la toilette était sale (des poils noirs frisés sur le siège de toilettes) et elle coulait sans arrêt. La cuisinette n’a pas d’essuie-tout ni de vaisselle, il faut retourner à la réception et le demander et tout est en bambou de bois c’est vraiment désagréable. De plus, la salle à manger était surchauffée, pleine, comme les heures de repas sont limitées. Très difficile d’avoir une réponse à la réception quand on appelle qu’on soit dans une chambre ou à l’extérieur. J’ai connu mieux!
