Everyone was kind, accommodated me as best they could when I arrived too early to check-in, walkable to Centre Bell within 30 mins.
Some of the electrical outlets were faulty.

My third stay at this wonderful, roomy, and convenient budget hotel. Will stay again. Good breakfast, quiet, and polite. Bus 747 from airport stops across the street. Close to many Metro stations, Place des Arts, and Centre Belle. Supermarket nearby.
Was unaware that housekeeping has been reduced my last two trips, and on this trip, my room was not cleaned once during a four-night stay. This causes a room-odor problem with food, makes one ask for towels and coffee, etc. I hope management comes up with a better system.
And again, the rooms really need a deep cleaning, rugs need to be replaced, and some climate-control and bathroom fixtures need to be replaced or repaired.

Good hotel with a fantastic staff. If you are not familiar with the neighborhood i suggest you do some research. I was in town for a paticular event directly in the neighborhood and hotel was perfect place to stay for one weekend.

It has very big comfy rooms. What I did not like is the loud noises from the housekeeping room in front of mine. Very entertaining the slamming of that door and everything that happened inside there . Other than that, the breakfast was good. Very close to Chinatown, Old Town, and lot of excellent choices of restaurants and cute little shops.

Location is very good, very close to China town, Old Port.
Breakfast was full and generous.
The room need to be painted, it looks too old. I think it is a condo building transformed in a hotel, 1 bedroom unit with kitchen, balcony.

I liked the hotel felt comfortable but not get free upgrade when told I be given upgrade. I rather be charged extra upfront which is okay as I wanted to upgrade my room but to be told at front desk that got free upgrade was covered. Upon check out, I was told that nothing offered is free? I was disappointed on the false advertising but am very pleased with housekeeping & breakfast services were hearty.

Good location near Chinatown. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly.
There was a full kitchen but no utensils or crockery at all. It was a bit surprising to have lots of empty cupboards and drawers. Staff did bring us some disposable cups, plates and cutlery when we asked.

Exactly what I was looking for. Reasonably priced, clean, well located, quiet, not fancy but comfortable, efficient front desk and 2 mins walk from the concert I was in town for. Fit for purpose.
