La chambre était très propre et spacieuse avec de bonne commodité dans la salle de bain . La chambre et un peu vieillissante mais sans plus . Le stationnement et vraiment facile d'accees et d'utilisation surtout si vous avez besoin de faire des aller retour. Le personnelle très agréable et le petit dejeuner tout a fait acceptable .

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig , Koffer untergestellt und noch etwas rumgelaufen. Wir kennen das Faubourg - ein gutes Mittelklassehotel, das wir gerne buchen. Zimmer und Frühstück waren wie immer okay. Die Dame an der Rezeption war besonders freundlich !

the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience....

Staff was nice. The room hadn’t been cleaned well when we got there, saw hairs on the bathroom floor, some left over things from a previous guest and the sink in the kitchen kept backing up for no reason. If you plan on staying in a family suite make sure you get a room with a stove, microwave was tiny.

On s entend que ce n est pas un hôtel luxueux, et qui manque un peu d Amour...
Basé sur cette constatation, les petits déjeuners sont corrects et assez variés, les chambres très propres, le personnel hyper à l écoute, sympathique et dévoué, et que dire de l emplacement qui est parfait, près de tout! Quartier chinois, Place des Arts, Quartier des spectacles, Complexe Desjardins, des théâtres, et beaucoup d excellents restos.
Nous avions deux réservations dont une suite avec 2 chambres fermées, et il y avait un grand frigo dans chaque chambre, ce qui est assez rare.
Bref, si vous ne recherchez pas un endroit luxueux, c est un gros GO!!!

Le bruit dans le corridor vers 2h, 3h et 4h15 durant la nuit, et lorsque nous sommes sortie de la chambre très tôt le matin, ça sentait très fort le « pot » dans le corridor.
