Hotel was a welcome sight after a long day on Via Rail. It's an excellent location a few blocks away from Gare Centrale Via. Took me about 15 minutes to walk down the main boulevard. Hotel was busy with teams but they were no trouble other than breakfast being crazy busy at first light. Very good value here and my stay was very comfortable. Maintenance was quick to respond to an issue in the room. Reception staff were very friendly and everyone speaks English as well for those of us who are not very fluent in the local tongue. I hope to get back here again soon.

I had a Queen suite with balcony. It was nice having a separate bedroom and kitchenette.There was no stove but there was a large refrigerator and a microwave, and a Keurig for fresh coffee and tea every day. Room service was excellent. The place was vacuumed and the floors mopped every other day and the bed was changed frequently. Fresh towels were available daily. The hotel also has a hot and cold buffet breakfast with everything you could want...scrambled eggs, sausage, potato patty, three types of cereals, yogurt, waffles, bagels, fruit salad, fruit.

It was a great room, with friendly service and breakfast included is a bonus. My only complaint is that when I checked in to my room, the bedroom mirror & the bathroom mirror were not clean. There was toothpaste spatter, water spatter etc. from the guests that had the room before I did. I stayed from Wednesday to Sunday & housekeeping did not clean the mirrors the entire time I was there. I took water & toilet paper to clean the one in the bathroom myself. Other than not cleaning the mirrors, as the one in the bedroom was covered in dust as well, everything else was great. Good location for the Convention Centre and Chinatown.

There were no wash cloths in the room or even when I asked at the front desk. I was told there were no cloths to be found in the hotel. There was no place to plug my phone in next to the bed so I had to pull the bed out from the wall - very dirty back there. The lights were so dim I could barely see after dark. Only one dim lamp near the bed. The bathroom was in old rough shape, shower sprayed out all over. Had to use a hand towel to wash in the shower because there was only liquid soap and no wash cloths. Generally the room felt old and tired and not sound proof. Was awake all night with the sound of sirens. Breakfast was ok.

After using a shower for 5 minutes, the hot water discontinued. "Just wait for half an hour. It is an old building." is not what anyone would expect from a hotel no matter how cheap the price is. Offering to switch the room but letting them know "the same problem might occur." does not help either. If it is an old building so the guests should expect this problem, you must let them know BEFORE they proceed booking, not AFTER suffering from ice cold shower with shampoo all over the hair and face. It is the common sense.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room felt unclean from the moment we arrived. We found what appeared to be bed mites in the bed, and we were itching throughout the night. The carpet had visible stains, and the towels did not look properly washed. The room was also cold, and the bedding did not feel fresh. The bathroom was not well maintained — the shower wasn’t working properly, and the toiletries provided were very poor quality and did not provide enough. The only positive part of the stay was the breakfast which included eggs, yogurt, bread, tea, coffee and fruits. The staff were friendly, but the service was inconsistent.

Sehr gutes Suitenhotel in Motreal. Leckeres Frühstück. Einziger minus punkt ist der riesige Apfall beim Frühstück. Da alles aus Holz und Plastik ist.

The pictures do not reflect what the hotel really looks like. Breakfast. Not many options. As far as Hotmail de serve bacon only on Tuesdays?? the towels had some yellow stain, which I don’t know what it was but it was a put off, but they were clean stained towels. Customer service. Not very friendly. I found. Overall going back. I would definitely try a different hotel.

Front desk was intentionally reluctant to provide some basic service. I found that disappointing because I've stayed there several times in winter 25/26 and I found this hotel quite good. I won't go into details but just ask staff to step it up DO THE JOB properly. One word - pillows.

Very spacious Suit with 2 beds and kitchen. We stayed one night, everything was clean, no noise. Note that theres only 1 elevator working so i can be quite a wait in the morning. Will stay again.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room felt unclean from the moment we arrived. We found what appeared to be bed mites in the bed, and we were itching throughout the night. The carpet had visible stains, and the towels did not look properly washed. The room was also cold, and the bedding did not feel fresh. The bathroom was not well maintained — the shower wasn’t working properly, and the toiletries provided were very poor quality and did not provide enough. The only positive part of the stay was the breakfast which included eggs, yogurt, bread, tea, coffee and fruits. The staff were friendly, but the service was inconsistent.

Sehr gutes Suitenhotel in Motreal. Leckeres Frühstück. Einziger minus punkt ist der riesige Apfall beim Frühstück. Da alles aus Holz und Plastik ist.

The pictures do not reflect what the hotel really looks like. Breakfast. Not many options. As far as Hotmail de serve bacon only on Tuesdays?? the towels had some yellow stain, which I don’t know what it was but it was a put off, but they were clean stained towels. Customer service. Not very friendly. I found. Overall going back. I would definitely try a different hotel.

Front desk was intentionally reluctant to provide some basic service. I found that disappointing because I've stayed there several times in winter 25/26 and I found this hotel quite good. I won't go into details but just ask staff to step it up DO THE JOB properly. One word - pillows.

Overall was a great experience as always Fourth time staying at this property and would stay here here again Staff always friendly and helpful, good hot breakfast, comfortable beds and room Only downfall I find is areas can have a bit of built up dust but overall very clean Would recommend anytime

I had a Queen suite with balcony. It was nice having a separate bedroom and kitchenette.There was no stove but there was a large refrigerator and a microwave, and a Keurig for fresh coffee and tea every day. Room service was excellent. The place was vacuumed and the floors mopped every other day and the bed was changed frequently. Fresh towels were available daily. The hotel also has a hot and cold buffet breakfast with everything you could want...scrambled eggs, sausage, potato patty, three types of cereals, yogurt, waffles, bagels, fruit salad, fruit.

Very spacious Suit with 2 beds and kitchen. We stayed one night, everything was clean, no noise. Note that theres only 1 elevator working so i can be quite a wait in the morning. Will stay again.
