This is the 4th year that I am staying at this wonderful hotel! All staff have been friendly and helpful. Jaelle has been terrific - I wish I had written the names of all the helpful staff. The rooms are large, with black-out curtains. Every room provides a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and a full refrigerator. The shower and bathtub have a grab bar. Free breakfast includes fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, hash-brown potatoes, bagels and bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, milk. Coin-operated washers and dryers near the breakfast room are a useful bonus. The location is perfect to walk everywhere, just 4 blocks to Chinatown and also to IGA and the Complexe Desjardins extensive shopping center, 5 blocks to the Montreal Jazz Festival, and less than a mile to the old French quarter. Note: If your window air conditioner says “controlled remotely,” it means turn on the light switch.

Hôtel has a great location. Easy walking distance to Old Montreal and for shopping. On site parking and complementary breakfast are also nice conveniences.

The suite (appreciated the upgrade) was very nice and spacious if a little dated. It was very clean. The hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to the Place des Festivals, Old Montreal, and the train station. The breakfasts were nice and convenient. The room could have used more lighting (both the bedroom and living rooms were dark at night - I couldn’t see to work at the desk) and some real plates/utensils in the kitchen would have been nice. I’ll definitely be back next year!

Good hotel location, next to Chinatown and 10-15 mins walk to Old Montreal. There is a bus stop in front. However the room we stayed at I can hear noises people screaming or emergency vehicle passing. The side street hotel is at has some homeless so becareful. Breakfast was decent but serve same every day - eggs, hash brown, and sausage. They have water refill station and they put out water with orange/lemon outside of lobby during the day which is refreshing. Front desk staff was courteous. Only complain is the bathroom can use some upgrade, especially the toilet always make a noise after every flush. It takes a while for noise to go away and makes me scared it will malfunction soon. Informed the front desk at my departure.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice to have the separate bedroom suite. Breakfasts are a plus. Love the location, close to Old Montreal and festivals. Could use some TLC as it is an older hotel.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was great but more attention needs to be paid when cleaning the bathroom. There was mould around the shower and the floor was dirty.
