the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience....

La chambre était bien mais la salle de bain vétuste ( baignoire usée ( rouillée), système de douche daté).
Une kitchenette et un lave vaisselle dans la chambre mais aucune vaisselle ; de la jetable sur demande: pas écoresponsable du tout .
Petit déjeuner industriel (pas bon et mauvais pour la santé) et tout jetable = des monceaux de déchets tous les jours alors que de la vaisselle lavable ferait beaucoup mieux l'affaire.

Really a 4 1/2. Enormous room, great beds and pillows, large good hot breakfast, great staff, parking (for a fee) right under the hotel, fast elevators. Very very reasonable price for downtown, large room and great breakfast! Just a bit dated but I highly recommend. The staff at breakfast both days were constantly working cleaning everything...impressed!

Excellent service and good value! Second time staying here and I would comeback. Great location. Very clean. Underground heated parking. Staff is friendly and professional. Bed was very comfortable. Hôtel is older but the service is awesome. Breakfast is included and one of the best continental breakfast I’ve had. For the price we paid we got a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Highly recommended! Especially for long stays.

Have stayed here many times…room is always as expected…breakfast is better than any Continental and a plus…Front desk honestly needs to be more friendly and engaging with people…felt like I was talking to a robot and was programmed to not deviate from the script…put me off a bit
