The rooms were a good size, not that clean and the lighting was terrible. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good however not enough seating for everyone. Parking was a little pricey but it was convenient. Location is very good.

Not too bad. The location is pretty convenient. It is walking distance to the Old Montreal and China Town, Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal, Place Jacques-Cartier etc. The complimentary breakfast has a variety choices. Overall, this is not an excellent hotel but it is not bad when compare to the price and location.

They upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite, breakfast was subpar, this is a low end hotel, the roomss are spacious, it would go a long way if they spend some money and upgrade this hotel.

This hotel is perfect location if you’re attending a concert at MTELUS, 5 mins walk. Nice mall within also 7 mins walk. Was pleased with the room that included with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok. Like that I was able to get a hot tea after hours. Very disappointed, the reception not able to extend my check out time by 2 hours due to my flight time. Oh well.

The room lacked adequate lighting and the bedroom was dark with only a dim light on the nightstand. The kitchenette didn’t have any glasses, paper only and when I asked the front desk, they had none available. What they consider a queen is in fact a double bed. And lastly the room smelled. I don’t know what kind of cleaning products they use but it wasn’t pleasant. We opened the window to air it out. We won’t book there again.
