The bed was comfortable and the staff was very kind. Not the greatest area, but the hotel itself was nice. The suite was spacious and it was also the cheapest one we could find in the area.

Everything was wonderful - we wish we could have had access to the balcony, but were told we couldn’t. Also you need better signage in the parking garage for the exit… we had to drive around for a few minutes before finding it!

I think this is a fantastic hotel in Toronto. Its location is wonderful. They have parking for guests and it's right in that Middle Lane of being better than a very cheap hotels and not missing much compared to the very expensive ones.
The staff are outstanding. First and foremost, they are wonderful people and are able to accommodate many things.
I would 100% stay here again. If I had to find something to complain about I would love it if the mattress was a bit more comfortable. And that is truly just something for me.
We slept well all three nights. Got food delivered. Rode the train, the tram and the bus. My biggest fear is that this review will make the hotel too popular and the price is go up.

Our stay at the Town Inn Suites Hotel was less than desirable. We had a King Bed Suite. There were no pots and pans for cooking. The cabinets were ready to fall off above the stove. There were food stains and crumbs that hadn’t been cleaned prior to our visit. There were no hooks to hang up your towels to dry in the washroom. Our shower base filled with water after each use because the grading of the tile didn’t allow for proper drainage. We also had bugs in the bathroom. Linens were yellow and not crisp white. Cleaning service was only available every second day. No air conditioning in the hallways or the elevator. It was close to Bloor Street and subway station but we wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

It was nice and clean older structure hotel. Staff was very pleasant was a little shock on the fee for the parking on there grounds that was the only real shocker on the trip thankfully

I think this is a fantastic hotel in Toronto. Its location is wonderful. They have parking for guests and it's right in that Middle Lane of being better than a very cheap hotels and not missing much compared to the very expensive ones.

I was in town for the Indycar race and this place was great. Quiet comfortable room not far from the subway to get to the track. Lovely cafe a block away to grab coffee and breakfast in the morning. Can’t ask for much more.

Some aspects of the property were excellent but it is an old building and it shows. The towels in our unit looked a bit stained. We know they were clean but still! Overall, we thought it was a good place for the price. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would go back again.
