Good internet, but no actual desk in the King Suite. Also no table/chairs to sit at when eating. there are 2 bar stools to sit at the island at the kitchen but I am only 4'9" so that didn't work for me. So I stood at the island to eat/work on my laptop. It was nice having a kitchen but the microwave is over the stove and the cupboards are higher so if I hadn't had my husband on the trip with me I would not have been able to use the microwave and would have had to ask hotel staff for a stool so I could reach the dishes. It doesn't tell you on the website that typically the room is only done every 2nd day but if we needed towels sooner we just called down and asked and I didn't care if the bed was made every day. Living room couch and chair were very low. No dresser in the bedroom just 2 bedside tables each with 1 drawer. there is open shelves in the living room with decorative items so I just used them to fold our clothes onto (10 day trip) We would stay here again as it was clean, quiet and I always felt safe.

The apartment-style hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The sheets were crisp and white, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had most essentials, though a spatula for cooking would have been helpful. I’d also recommend bringing basic items like salt and pepper. The property doesn’t offer amenities like a pool or gym, but its location in Church-Wellesley Village, downtown Toronto is excellent within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A nice bonus was the self-serve coffee lounge, which helped save on buying coffee elsewhere. One downside was the parking garage. The entrance is extremely steep and lacks clear signage or directional arrows. After parking, we had difficulty finding the exit and accidentally ended up on an even lower level with very low clearance, exposed pipes, and beams. Unfortunately, our roof rack and antenna were scraped in the process. When we contacted management, they were not particularly helpful and simply stated that if we were able to get in, we should be able to get out. They also mentioned a height warning sign, though none of us saw it. We drove a Ford Bronco Sport so not a large vehicle. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the parking situation was frustrating enough to impact our overall experience and rating.

The room we had was great! I was traveling with my 20 year old daughter and two of her same age friends. The open area, with the kitchen island, and full kitchen were very convenient for us as we made breakfast in each day. The windows and the open area made it feel like there was a lot of space. The kitchen had everything - toaster, coffee pot, microwave, oven, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls. The staff were very helpful and on our last day, they held our bags for us at no charge as our check out time was 11:00 and our train did not leave until 5:30 pm. There are not a lot of amenities in the hotel, but it does have a rooftop restaurant and it does offer free wifi. It is within walking distance to Yonge street, and there is a mini-market directly across the street - which we did visit. It is also a short walk to coffee shops, A & W, and a very unique restaurant called Storm Crow Manor, where you can get drinks with glow in the dark ice cubes. I would stay here again, for sure.
