The front staff and housekeeping were very polite. They upgraded us and the suite was clean and spacious. However, when we arrived, the garage was broken, the one elevator was broken too which made it hard to get a timely lift. Our last day they ran out of coffee cups (were on order) just attention to details needed

This location was fantastic! The rooms seemed to be newly renovated and were very spacious. It was nice having access to a full kitchen to prepare meals as required. The location was very clean and organized. The staff was incredibly helpful. While the ad does advertise balcony access as well as a fitness center and pool, these were not present features. The location is very close to Younge Street and many stores or restaurants here. Overall loved our time here!

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making my stay very enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Pearson Airport. Very close to CN tower(when there is no heavy traffic) Hotel will book tours for you, that includes the Niagara Falls tour. A few things to note: Although the room has a balcony, guests do not have access to it. No swimming pool Laundry room and parking garage is a bit outdated and not easily accessible. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Great location, room was very clean, large and the full kitchen was a great added feature. Only two issues with the stay were that there was no A/C in the bedroom and that the curtains did not cover the full window and were not blackout.

The staff is wonderful. They are attentive and accommodating and did everything in their power to make our stay a great one. We are a large group, therefore we stayed in a 2 bedroom. Unfortunately there was only bathroom and plenty of unused space where a 2nd water closet could have been built. The 1st room we were booked in was not in great working order, however they moved us quickly. The rooms present as clean and most of the interior is white. The Penthouse was missing some basics, such as trash cans, extra toilet paper, paper towels in the kitchen, extra towels and the shower was dirty and there was also an open hole in the ceiling. In the second room, we had all of those things except for paper towels. The air conditioning was great and fully functional. It kept the room very cool during a heat wave. There were 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. The construction and repairs of the building are visible. There is a laundry room on premises, however we did not get a chance to use them. The apartment was conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops and a just a short walk from the subway.

Great place, great location but I remember booking a room with a king bed only to be given a room with 2 queen beds. Also, the room has a balcony but it was locked & no key in sight. Other than that, highly recommend place.
