Spacious room with a full kitchen. The location is excellent with easy access to shops eateries and public transportation. The parking was secure $40/night as opposed to $30 advertised, but it could be an exchange rate issue.
A little noisy from the traffic but given the downtown location it is understandable.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much.

Loved the suite, felt like I could utilize a lot of it, the outside looks a bit shabby but that’s probably cuz of renovations, but inside looks so modern and amazing, only gripe was when I booked it, it was supposed to come with breakfast and I saw online that there was a pool, however when I asked the front desk, they said there wasn’t a pool and breakfast wasn’t included in my package even though it said it was. The TV also doesn’t have SMART TV for me to connect my phone to play movies and shows. Headache to deal with, but overall a very pleasant stay :)

I really liked this hotel. My friends and I stayed in the two bedroom suite for 2 nights, which we have almost no complaints about. The only negative part of the room was that we had no access to the balcony, which would have been nice to use! Either way, the room was clean and incredibly set up for us when we got there. I did have a problem finding the parking garage, however. Make sure you bring your car to the front of the hotel and DO NOT park on the street when you first get there. They will give you directions to the underground parking garage which is behind the building. Unfortunately, it took me a full 30 minutes to find it at first. I definitely feel that there should be a bigger sign outside of it and the exact location of the parking on the website. Other than that, it is a good hotel and the location was good as well. Downtown Yonge was within walking distance which was a game changer for us! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto for sure.

Very well situated for events at U of T and the suite was very spacious. Kitchen was new and ok equipped but the bathroom was very dated. Large king sized bed had a very hard mattress. Window coverings also need changing. The staff was very nice and helpful but, for the price, this place needs to be spruced up!

Some rooms have been upgraded, some have not been and are outdated. The staff was really nice and did move us to a nicer room when we asked. Unfortunately, the living room had a TV but it only functioned as a picture frame, you could not actually watch TV on that. Only the TV in one of the bedrooms actually had tv channels on it.

The hotel needs an update and they are in the process of updating it. It will be a very nice hotel once it done. The location is great but the bed is hard and very uncomfortable. Staff were very helpful

I liked this place. Very simple, but clean and well equipped. Also a great location. Although this is not your typical hotel property, the staff were very professional and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

I liked the spacious living room in the suite and the slippers provided in the room. The location is closed to the university of Toronto where we attended my daughter’s graduation ceremony. The exist sign in the parking garage was not indicated clearly and the bathroom was too small. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.
