거실, 주방, 안방이 별도로 있어서 가격대비 방이 엄청 넓어서 좋아요.

The room was clean enough but certainly not to the degree of other hotels. The sides of the stove were caked with dust and years of grease/food (clearly it’s not pulled out when the room is cleaned). The common areas weren’t particularly clean either, probably emphasized by the dated carpets. The room was dated and although there have clearly been efforts to improve the space, the quality of the improvements are quite poor (for example, a thick textured wallpaper in the bathroom that is peeling at the edges, looks quite dingy; the toilet paper holder wasn’t secured to the wall). A few of the light switches didn’t work, along with the main living room lamp, leaving the space feeling pretty dark. Despite all this, the staff were very kind and accommodating, which was really the redeeming factor, along with the location and accessibility to the subway.

The building is old so shows its age although there have been Reno’s. It was clean and in an area with lots of amenities and easy access to public transit. Overall a great stay.

It was a nice central place to be for shopping and going to the museum

We paid WAY too much ($1400 for two nights) to stay in this place because the PDAC mining tradeshow was going on… we had NO idea. For that reason I give it a lower rating. No complimentary bottles of water.. had to buy them at the convenience store across the street. Place was dated. Pictures crooked, paint splatters on floor from poor paint job just very poor attention to detail in the room itself. Staff were nice at least.

worst place ever they advertised it as a hotel but it’s an apartment building and the most stinkiest food is being cooked there. We were nauseous the whole time that we were there. It was awful. Got a refund for everything

The staff were great, lots of space for anything one could want! The only complaint would be that I wish the bedding were a bit cleaner, as there was hair and a stain. The rest of the area was very clean and visually pleasing. The hotel is located in a convenient and great area.

Staff were so kind and so helpful! Gave me upgraded room for free on arrival. Location is super convenient and the room was wonderful. Great price and overall an awesome stay. Had some issues with parking but staff were super helpful and solved them easily
