Good stay, lobby was very nice & staff was friendly.

Our room was clean but breakfast was bad. The tiny omlets were very salty and I didn't see any fresh fruit. Also, I've never stayed in a hotel where there wasn't a bathroom fan before.

The front desk staff was terrible (Virginia primarily). Provided the wrong room then phone wasn't working. Mentioned multiple times. Never replaced.

Great location. Central to majority of everything. The shower head was a bit dirty but nothing crazy. Due to location there was lots of honking and yelling out on the streets in the mornings and sometimes at night

Showers were gross but the view was great

Cleaners come in everyday without you having to call front desk every now and then

This is my 3rd stay at this property and I will continue to stay here because of the location and the convenience of what's included in your suite. Having a fully functional kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave oven comes very handy.

There should be bars or rails in the shower for safety. The kitchen amenities need refreshing. Not enough cutlery etc, and very poor quality. The living room area could use some colour - it is very sterile in appearance.

Toilet had an issue and door stuck but other than that great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful and great location.

I was upgraded! From a basic Queen bed one-room suite to the Penthouse King bed 1-bedroom suite with separate and spacious living, dining rooms and kitchen. The hotel used to be an apartment building and is now converted to hotel and all newly renovated suites. Very spacious. Full kitchen. Great for anyone doing a longer stay. Super clean except the painter was sloppy, so there are little paint drops all over the beautiful newly installed floors. Huge tvs, comfortable furniture. Bathroom was not updated. Late at night, the shower water fluctuated between warm and cold, uneven temperature. Towels super huge, lush, luxurious. Close to main subway station (Yonge/Bloor) about 4-minute walk. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Price was very reasonable for Toronto, compared to other equivalent hotels.

Property was convenient location for theatre we were attending. Clean and friendly. Little amenities missing like places to charge devices, no fridge, lousy pillow quality, couldn’t open windows or balcony door, on the noisy side with traffic.

Suite had an extremely small bathroom. Construction noise floor above us went on until around 10pm. We called around 930p and was told it should be over around 10p. Hard to deal with when you have tired kids.

The rooms are very large. We stayed In a one-bedroom suite Full kitchen with all you need. Seperate living room, the only issue was the bathroom was small. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Yonge and Bloor subway stop. We traveled by train and it was not stressful and Union Station is downtown? I will never fly again between Montreal & Toronto
