Hotel is very conveniently located nearby Yorkville attractions, transit, and the room provided was spotless and offered all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay or a stay for a week. Loved having the kitchenette.

Great staff, great service. We booked for a dinner party here at one of the suites and they upgraded us which was super nice. Only thing I'd recommend is providing paper towels in the kitchen suites, we didn't have anything to dry our dishes with or wipe down the counters.
Having a full kitchen was really nice, this place is great for it if you want a place to cook. Kitchen has enough essentials for that.

the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.
furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous.
I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same.

the room is beautiful, clean and very comfortable, however the heater doesn't cover the entire unit, the room is very cold.
the staff on the 21st dec night is quite unfriendly. when i asked for more toiletries, he showed his dissatisfaction and unhappiness that he has to get items for me.

Terrible stay. Arrived in the middle of a snowstorm. Hassled on trying to check in by rude staff who apparently needed to see THREE different pieces of ID. Photos are nothing like the actual rooms. The rooms are obviously renovated apartments, and they are not renovated well, they still look very old with a bit of paint thrown on. Rooms were cold. Tried to cook some spaghetti, the only option was a metal spatula with a teflon pan, classy. Though the photos show balconies, the doors are locked shut and guests are not given keys for 'safety' despite that I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and not once ever have balcony doors been locked to guests, so apparently the safest hotel in the universe. Lots of other options nearby at the same price point that no doubt offer better hospitality as well as better quality accommodations. Would definitely not stay again.

We stayed at the 26th floor. All was good until the Noise started at 4:30am. Above our floor was the gym,that were the noise was coming from. Other than this it was good.

Great location and very good value for the price. The building looks nice and staff were friendly. It’s more of an apartment-style stay (no room service or daily cleaning), and there were some minor cleanliness issues on arrival. Parking is an extra $45. Overall, a good stay if you know what to expect.

Actually, I've stayed at the hotel 3 or 4 times, and all of them were perfect, but this time it left a little to be desired. They put us on a very low floor where we had zero privacy; while we were in the room, everyone could see inside, and I value privacy, which I didn't have this time. I don't know why, but the bathroom was also tiny, something I've had an incredible experience with in other stays, with large bathrooms.

During the stay there was extremely loud construction on the floors above me, they were testing fire alarms throughout the days, the location was not ideal, the parking garage exit was not clearly marked for leaving out. Stephanie me a day's parking however. Will not be staying here again. Did not enjoy my stay!

Room was older, not newly renovated even though i booked for ten days, paying the same rate as others with nucers rooms and beyter locations, loud construction banging every morning. But seems to stop layer in the morning.

Since my check in on Tuesday morning, there has been building-wide fire-alarm testing that results in alarms blaring in EVERY suite and hallway with announcements and piercing tones... every 15 minutes, from 9am to approx 4pm. It is now Thursday night, day 3, and I inquired at the front desk if it was finally over with- they said there is likely to be more testing tomorrow. :( I haven't slept since I arrived (after travelling internationally) - why was I permitted to book over these dates without any notice or warning?? I spoke to their reservations staff directly about staying these dates, nothing was mentioned. 4 days of continuous alarms seems a little unreasonable for an occupied hotel. It's ruined an otherwise perfectly nice stay.
