I just wanna say thank you to the Staff. Nothing was too much. They were so helpful very hard to find when everybody seems to be working together as a team and without even having to inform me you know if communicated with each other to assist and accommodate.

Very pleasant stay

Exceptional from start to finish. Lovely room in great condition and spotless. Friendly, attentive team members and nothing was too much trouble. The food was sublime, best vegan options I've ever had at an event or conference. I'll certianly be back if I have to stay in Birmingham again, well done!

Outstanding stay. Room very clean and very happy. Staff always helpful. Easy to park across the road in big car park. Nice stroll to the centre. Would stay again.

Room was clean and presented well. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Had all the options in a buffet style. They also have gluten free options for dinner and breakfast. Bar and bar area were clean and spacious. Can't mix bar food with restaurant menu. Both have to be separate.

I had dinner and breakfast at your restaurant. I was disappointed with both - quality of food, freshness of ingredients etc.

Issue with the room very promptly resolved

The staff at breakfast were lovely. Particularly the man who greeted us (didn’t get his name 😞) and Maggie, the waitress who helped us with cutlery and chatted to us. She was very friendly and interested in both myself and my daughter and our trip to Birmingham. The food at breakfast was lovely and laid out really well. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely go back again and recommend to anyone.

Good hotel for families. Friendly & helpful staff, room was fine, good size bathroom. Well stocked tea & coffee in the room. We enjoyed using the pool table in the bar area. Looked like a decent dinner menu although we didn't try anything. Breakfast was pretty limited so not sure I would choose to have the breakfast again, although we did go down at 10am so not sure it there was a wider selection earlier. The site doesn't have its own parking but there is a very close multistorey car park across a couple of roads.

Room was fine, clean and tidy on arrival. We didn’t visit the restaurant so can't comment on dinner/breakfast etc. Bar was good with the usual drinks on offer, priced as you would expect for a hotel. Staff were brilliant, polite, helpful, engaging and patient. We arrived very early, staff were happy to securely store luggage for us until check-in (after we'd been to the rugby game at Villa Park). Later on, the barman was very helpful and friendly with our two young children... being very patient while they took an age to decide what colour J2O they would like! 😄 Receptionist was genuinely interested in our rugby game the next morning... really nice, genuine staff.

Nice hotel, though there were niggly issues like the safe being locked when I got into the room and the streaming to the TV not working.

Spacious clean room. Very quiet on the 6th floor - slept brilliantly. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Parking nearby was reasonably priced.

Rooms have a fridge which is especially great if you are staying away on business. Having a Gym in hotel also great Staff helpful and friendly

The WiFi is good and if you are staying for few days you can even enjoy watching TV and movies. The subway and other local shops are nearby; close to Bullring and Grand central so is convenient.

Good convenient location in east of the city.
