Receptionists absolutely superb. I was recently there for a conference and completed a 24 hour spin in the reception. The staff were unbelievable and helped me through the witching hours overnight.

A lovely reception, with friendly staff and lemon water / cranberry water on arrival. Parking is on street and paid during the day (this wasnt made clear on the booking but explained well at reception). Room was lovely, spacious, well equipped, comfy bed, modern and clean. Breakfast was good, Gluten free options and efficient, friendly service.

I just wanna say thank you to the Staff. Nothing was too much. They were so helpful very hard to find when everybody seems to be working together as a team and without even having to inform me you know if communicated with each other to assist and accommodate.

Room was clean and presented well. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Had all the options in a buffet style. They also have gluten free options for dinner and breakfast. Bar and bar area were clean and spacious. Can't mix bar food with restaurant menu. Both have to be separate.
