I cannot fault this hotel; excellent value for money, everywhere is very clean, comfortable spacious rooms, great buffet breakfast and every member of staff we’ve come into contact with has been extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. Park at the Millennium point car park - you can see the hotel from the car park so it’s just a couple of minutes stroll over the road.

Really enjoyed our stay over New Year's holiday. Spent 4 nights, family of 4, 2 adults 2 teenagers. Everyone was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. Convenient location, clean space, can't find any faults really.. other than it got warm.. but they did come to the room to explain the engineers were working on it, it was later resolved. I'd definitely recommend and stay again.

The very definition of an average business hotel. Everything is ok, clean and does what you need. Very convenient for a conference at the attached Eastside Rooms. But nothing jumps out. Food at the restaurant was ok but forgettable, room was a bit noisy but not enough to stop me sleeping. Staff are ok but not stand out. Check in took too long but not long enough to complain about, etc.

Very good value for money, nice clean hotel, spacious light foyer, friendly staff, room average size, clean with good bathroom lighting and great powerful shower, extremely comfortable bed with wonderful pillows .. approx £12 in a cab into the city centre square and bar area. Managed to park right outside for £3 overnight ! Would definitely stay again.

Room spacious but some irritations. Empty shampoo dispenser. Sink draining very slowly. Nowhere to hang a towel ready to exit the shower. Light switch for bathroom at the entrance to the room (very odd). Some mould in shower. Breakfast so so. Some foods not replaced (eg yogurt), bread basically brown or white sliced, cereals poor. Coffee good though. Seemed to be lots of staff - all friendly.
