Overall it was a good stay. Amazing staff. Very clean and tidy area Few points with disappointment : - Breakfast did not meet my expectation. Fact that we need to ask for eggs to the server, limited choice in fruits/yogurt - The bathroom had 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner. Missing body gel. It was replaced after request. - Water on 2nd night was not refilled, but we could ask for it at the reception. Unfortunately it took about 4 hours to get it, which was about 1 hour after my second request - The mattress did not maintain its form well. So after few minutes, the center would not have its firmness - My room had button for bathroom light at the entrance of the room, however the door for the bathroom is at the end of the room... So strange...

This is a nice qiuet place. Good Dining options. Never had breakfast here because I would wake up too late and go out for food. Good coffee and very strong

Hotel was nice, facilities were great. Although rooms may be a good price, you need to consider congestion zone charges if you’re driving.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great overall experience. The location is excellent—close to everything you’d want to see or do in the area—and parking nearby was very convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that two of the towels provided were badly stained, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was really well done, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was clean and in a quiet location. Parking was a five minute walk away. The breakfast buffet options were excellent and the staff working in the breakfast room were really friendly, efficient and helpful. We stayed in a family room with two Queen-sized beds which were comfortable. In the room there was no clothes storage other than a few coat hangers in a wardrobe. Some shelves would have been useful, especially for children’s clothes which are too small for adult sized coat hangers. There was a bedside table between the two beds but no table or ledge for those on the outside of each bed. This would have been useful. Unfortunately our heating controls in our room were broken so we relied on staff downstairs to change our room temperature. The heating control panel kept lighting up (like a flash photograph) which disturbed us several times during the night. The hotel was advertised as “family friendly” but didn’t provide basic accessories to support young children. For example, the sink was a bowl on a very high ledge and my son was too short to reach the taps or the bowl meaning we had to lift him. The hotel could provide a simple step for young children to stand on. Other than that we had a comfortable stay but would probably choose a more family friendly hotel option next time.

Great stay, although was hoping for the room to be cleaned during a 3 day stay but it wasn’t. In any case we had a wonderful stay.

Modern rooms and hotel but hairs in the shower isnt good! Breakfast buffet cold, gad to get my breakfast put in the microwave

Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and quiet. Not super close to the centre or many restaurants/cafes but an easy walk.

Room was a lot bigger than we expected, everything's was clean and beds comfy. Staff were friendly

Great hotel and only 15 minute walk to town centre. No parking but there is a public car park a 5 min walk away which was £11 for 24hrs. Room and bathroom great size and very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was mostly good but only eggs were scrambled and they and the bacon were hard as sat under heat lamps

Great welcome area, incredible staff, bar lovely, great free pool table to keep all entertained. Lovely bar food, pizza especially. Room wasn't thoroughly clean. Beds were ok. Noise was unpleasant. Doors are loud and slam shut unless you close slowly, they're heavy! Overall is ok for a weekend spot to sleep. Bedding didn't smell fresh and clean. Towels were lovely. Room felt like it needed a deep clean, hoover and dust required. Bathroom needed a thorough deep clean too.

The lifts were slow

The hotel and rooms are of a high standard and the staff is kind and helpful. Aston Uni is across the street which seems a good place for a walk. Three things to be aware of: 1. If you have perfume sensitivities, the lobby and bar are treated with a perfume which can be a problem for you. We tried to move through quickly to minimise our bodies’ reactions. 2. There is no loading/unloading area in front for luggage. If a Ringgo space in front happens to be open and no warden, you may be able to get away with borrowing that for 5 min. Otherwise, getting luggage to/from your car can be awkward. 3. The pillows are soft feather-type, which means the compress flat under your head. If you need medium or high loft pillows, you’ll want to check with hotel staff to see if those are available.

I stayed at the hotel a day before I was to continue there for a conference. Whitney is amazing!!! Just awesome! Nothing was too much trouble. However, I asked the gent in the mornings at the desk to please refill my shower gel and he didn't - I had to ask Whitney and it was done almost immediately. Breakfast was ok - wasn't awesome. Not a lot of choice in drinks and no hot chocolate for those who do not drink coffee. It was a very nice stay, just wish that the shower gel and shampoo was checked daily and refilled if you are going to use the bigger bottles.
