Receptionists absolutely superb. I was recently there for a conference and completed a 24 hour spin in the reception. The staff were unbelievable and helped me through the witching hours overnight.

Nice hotel, good location, spacious rooms, having air con was perfect. Large TV (although screen was dim on one side). Unfortunately the room was tainted by the smell from the shower drain. Breakfast was good. There was a lack of GF options despite asking for some to be provided during the booking with Expedia - I’m not sure the hotels get these, or take notice.

A lovely reception, with friendly staff and lemon water / cranberry water on arrival. Parking is on street and paid during the day (this wasnt made clear on the booking but explained well at reception). Room was lovely, spacious, well equipped, comfy bed, modern and clean. Breakfast was good, Gluten free options and efficient, friendly service.
