I have stayed at many Hilton’s but my experience at this one was really poor. I was disappointed by the staff when I tried to order room service and was told it was not available. I made the journey back to the front desk asking for some ice. I was told they cannot get it for me and I should go to the bar. The same bar they are hosting a Christmas party at. The place looked like a carnival street party, no class. 2/3 members of staff vs a small bar space. trying to serve disorganised drunks with no manners or decorum. People pushing in. I had to wait 15 mins for ice?? What a joke. To top it off. One idiot next door has his alarm going off at very early hours, probs left the room and it went on for 45 mins despite me messaging the manager to sort it out. She didn’t even reply. Only saving grace is the rooms were up to double tree standards. Staff definitely were not.

My wife left her ring in the room, but the way she has been treated about it hasn't been at all helpful. It's not worth a lot, but it's sentimental to her. I get that their

The welcome cookies were a nice touch and the reception staff were attentive and polite. One or two of the main bar staff were a little abrupt, but the bar and waiting staff for our private function were great.

The Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious.

The hotel was great ,clean and tidy, hotel staff very welcoming, went above and beyond for our stay

Lovely room and spacious

We arrived to find that our reservation had not been amended as promised following my contact with Hotels.com on Tuesday. On arrival, the hotel staff could not locate our booking, and it took 15 minutes—plus me producing a receipt—to confirm it, after we had already driven an hour to get there. The suite we had been assured was still available was, in fact, no longer offered, and we were downgraded. As an apology, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast and two bottles of Coca-Cola. I cannot fault the young lady at reception, who did her best to help and was apologetic throughout. However, the room itself raised concerns. The window on the fifth floor was broken, with the handle practically hanging off, leaving it unsecured—a clear safety risk. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities: no coffee sachets, only two glasses with no mugs for tea or coffee, and no bottled water provided. Overall, while the staff member was courteous and tried to resolve matters, the experience was disappointing and fell short of the standards expected, both in terms of reservation management and room safety.

Clean room, staff very helpful, air conditioning and room view brilliant, room size amazing walks are found proof thought we were the only ones in the hotel location very convenient. Gym👌

Room was great, clean and spacious. Plenty of tea and coffee! Always a bonus! Loved the complimentary water and cookie on arrival too- lovely touch!

Beds were very uncomfortable. We requested an extra mattress topper and staff was helpful. Breakfast was average. No coffee machine in room, apparently only certain suites get coffee machines and our suite did not. We requested one but was told no. The elevators were small and old, a bit rickety. The staff were nice and helpful but for the price we were not impressed. Would not stay again.
