The first room 521 had a leaking ceiling and second room air con was faulty and kept turning to high fab at 28 degrees so it was like a sauna. We were offered a fan bit fan did not blow out cold air snd was faulty. Evie the manager was made aware and replied at 3am.

The key to a lot of people’s room was not working. So you needed a staff member to take you back and forth and that meant waiting sometimes. It was very annoying. However, it was not a bad place to stay. Spacious room and I liked the swim pool

Check in was quick and easy but our room key didn’t work which was frustrating having to go back to get that sorted.
The mattress was quite hard and the pillows very flat, just not to our comfort, but everyone’s different. The room was very spacious and clean.
For the standard of the hotel it’s a real shame the coffee available in the room was very low standard instant coffee. Would have expected a small coffee machine in the room, but as they have a paid for coffee machine in reception that seems a money making trade off.
The pool area was great and a very nice addition to the stay.

Staff are friendly and polite.
Cant use a fitestick in the bedrooms to stream.
As you cant connect them to the hotel internet ( blocked) apparently so have to use my phone as a hot spot.

Worst 4* I’ve stayed at with no robes could bite ant £12.50 per robe. No room slippers. air conditioning was not working had get fans, pool staff were rude. Children wanted to leave. Had to pay for water £2.50 per small bottle.

Our stay with 3 children was amazing. The Queen bed room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The children couldn't stop gasping at how great the room was as well as the softness of the pillows and bed. Even though we only stayed for one night to attend a birthday parry in the hotel on the Friday, the experience was top notch and we would be back for sure.
Also, great breakfast that's absolutely worthy of the additional price. There are great full English options. My children don't always enjoy hotel breakfast but they couldn't stop going for more as things like tje scrambled egg was a great noble meal.

Very underwhelming for the price we paid, and for the Hilton brand. The pool area didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks and was very run down. The breakfast was far from fresh and quite limited on hot food. I had to put in an order for vegetarian sausages, they came out over cooked and stone cold, which reflected the rest of the food.

Für den Preis ein schönes,empfehlenswerts Hotel.
Personal sehr freundlich.Frühstücksbufett war ansprechend und auch hier war das Personal sehr aufmerksam, gab extra pancakes für die Kids.
Hotelanlage und Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Einen Stern abzug gibt es für den Saunabereich.
Duschen und Sauna sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt.
Whirlpool und Pool waren ok.

I liked that as i had forgotten to bring a wash cloth i was able to ask for a wash cloth and it was delivered to my room dinner of fish and chips on the first night was delicious and a generous portion however we chose to use uber eats as we didn't see anything else on the menu that we fancied for dinner overall we'll definitely visit again many thanks to the staff for making our visit very pleasant

On arrival the carpark notices displayed astronomical fees and only in small print said that these did not apply to guests.
Checking in the machines to make the room keys did not work so we had to be escorted to our room to be let in. This took a while as one of the lifts wasn't working.
Although we booked a double room for 2 people there was only one towel in the bathroom, one bathrobe and one camomile tea bag.
We requested a second bath robe but it never arrived
The room was large and the bed was comfortable
