DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge

Large spacious homely rooms,just a few bits,showing how tired the building is with couple of squeaky door hinges leading to the bathroom and the separate cloakroom.It was brilliant to find an iron and an ironing board for self service,which was very handy.Overall a lovely homely stay!

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms, friendly service and nice menu!

Overall the stay was ok. Checkin Staff member needs additional training - he mumbled words when asked question about going for a swim. He didn't charge me for parking when he asked me to enter my car. Good thing I asked about it at checkout otherwise I would have received a fine. Swimming pool was too busy to use, Gym equipment is very dated but functional.

Stayed here for one night and had a lovely stay! Really spacious room and really quiet despite being right next to the lifts. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

Spa facilities dirty . Farces on wall of changing room. Jacuzzi and sauna dirty n grimy. Bed room 419 barely slept as so uncomfortable. 2 towelsintoomdespite booking 4 people . Breakfast n staff was lovely Would not recommend or stay again

Something needs to be done about residents slamming bedroom doors.

Only thing for me was the bed wasn't great for me and didn't sleep very well at all. Restaurant is great.

Good stay

Room was great, perfect for our needs. Bar was good Breakfast was ok, i remember it being much better. Seemed to struggle to keep up with it

fantastic service, my daughter had a great 8th bday there. Thanks for making it special.

Parking is too expensive for customer coming from far

The room itself and facilities were good but the service left a lot to be desired. The reception staff were extremely unhelpful, our room wasn’t cleaned despite staying for 2 nights and we had to negotiate with the front of house to get it cleaned. Despite being out all day, when we returned the front desk sent a cleaner up when we were getting ready for dinner and requested we leave the room so they could clean it. It was just a total joke and ruined what was a decent hotel for a short stay. We also requested robes and slippers to go to and from the spa facilities with and they said they didn’t offer these yet we saw multiple guests with them. Really disappointing.

Our room was fine however we couldn’t change the temperature settings. The fan was constantly on and it was a bit noisy. The light from the thermostat panel was too bright - it didn’t go off so had to endure the entire night with a bright light making it difficult to sleep.

Air conditioning is hit and miss depending on the room you are staying in, only 1 lift working currently and staircases between floors poorly signed

Air con was not working. Called the staff to fix it but they never came to have a look. Room temperature was 26 degrees, couldn’t sleep for all night, soaking in sweat. Really dissappointed

Disgusting ive been here for 3 weeks awesome great hotel This week different room ac is stuck on 28 degrees, cant open the window ive asked for a fan .nothing stull waiting an hour later. yeah thankyou Hilton Friicking usesless and £171 a night Dont cone here

Check in on arrival fine, room was okay but cleanliness standard should have been better, red stains on carpet, telephone very dirty and not clean, AC not working and required a room change but again not able to reset the temperature. Beds were comfortable and clean shower
