Our experience in your hotel was great. Staffs were amazing and kudos to an amazing room service staff named Mariana she is a very great worker and always smiling when doing her Job and she was very helpful during our stay. The attendants at the bar were very helpful with the supply of ice cubes anytime we request for it both day and night. The Air condition was not the best but we asked for a fan and we got one for our room throughout our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were amazing too. The receptionist also were amazing. Overall I will always come back to this hotel if needed. Less I forget the room size is absolutely everything I will recommend this hotel to anyone around me.

Review: DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge Our stay was unfortunately far below Hilton standards. The air conditioning in our room failed, leaving the temperature at 27°C. After four calls to reception, each promising someone would come, no one ever arrived. At 12:30 am, I went to the lobby to ask for help. The only option offered was a fan, and I was told that the hotel has no 24‑hour maintenance. I was also informed that even in the case of a leak, depending on its size, the hotel would simply close rather than repair it overnight. With a hot room and no functioning solution, my family and I barely slept. When checking out the next morning, the front desk had no record of the issue at all—no notes, no follow‑up, nothing. This shows a serious breakdown in communication and guest care. Other guests were also reporting problems, suggesting broader maintenance and service issues. This hotel needs a serious review of its customer service and upkeep.

I absolutely love it here. The staff did the room up for my birthday and how nice. I am thinking of coming again towards the end of August. Friends joined me here and love it. This is one of my favourite places. Clean room and aircon great as its so hot.

We had an excellent experience. The staff provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary feel truly special by beautifully decorating the room. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the steam room was not working during our visit, which was a shame as we had been looking forward to using it. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the care and effort of the staff.

No fridge in the rooms which was really difficult due to the weather being really hot and the AC not working

Quiet area. Rooms where very nice just wish the a.c was working properly but appreciated the fan and room reassignment.

I was disappointed I thought I was coming to relax in an air-conditioned room and I booked a suite for my husband's birthday and mine. The AC was not worked, sweated through the first night, tried calling reception, no answer!Informed them in the morning, nobody came and in the pm, I reminded them, nobody came even though the reception staff said they had called them, they had to give us fan in a suite! Incredible. There was a fridge in the suite that's not working well and not even a bottle of water. Had to buy water to drink whilst in the room, there was a complimentary wine, that was nice. I had to call for our room to be cleaned and towels changed but they didn't change the bed sheets, the cleaner said they don't change sheets daily but after 2 days which is disgusting considering it's too hot! Overall, not what I expected but it was just Okay, not sure I would want to go back there, if anything reluctantly.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The room had no properly functioning air conditioning, and the temperature display showed 30°C, making the stay very uncomfortable, especially given the outside temperature was around 35°C. The conditions inside the room were difficult to tolerate and not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. We reported the issue and a mechanic was sent to inspect the AC. Unfortunately, his manner was very rude and unprofessional. When asked whether he could inform the hotel staff about the issue, he dismissively replied that “you should tell them yourself,” which was unhelpful and disappointing. Despite raising the problem and requesting assistance or a room change, no effective solution was offered, and we were left to remain in the same uncomfortable conditions. During breakfast, the service was also poor. While we were serving food, a staff member while cleaning spilled food onto the seat I was using and even on the floor and did not make any effort to clean it or acknowledge the situation, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. We were also surprised to be charged for parking, which felt unreasonable and not clearly justified given the overall standard of the stay. Overall, the experience fell far below expectat

We had a lovely stay for one night. We used the pool and the gym looked well equipped.

Air conditioning in room non-existent unfortunately, it was a constant 26 degrees C. No fridge in room. Everything else clean, room basic, especially for the price.

We stayed for one night expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Yesterday was one of the hottest days of the year, making the situation even worse. The air conditioning in our room was faulty. It would start for a few minutes before switching itself off, leaving the room unbearably hot and extremely uncomfortable. It wasn't just the lack of sleep that was the problem – the room itself was so hot it was difficult to relax or stay comfortable. We were repeatedly woken throughout the night because of the heat. There was no point where the room felt properly cool, and both my husband and I struggled to get any meaningful rest. When we contacted reception, they acknowledged this was not an isolated issue and that multiple guests had reported the same problem. We were offered a fan, but were told it was subject to availability, so there was no guarantee we would receive one. No room move was offered at the time. In the morning, I requested a full refund from the manager, Anastasia. She agreed in principle but said I needed to raise a complaint with Expedia first, as the booking was made through them, and then they would claim the refund back from Hilton. The process is quite long, but I will be pursuing it after what we experienced. The staff were polite and apologetic, but the overall experience fell well below expectations. We paid for a room with working air conditioning and did not receive that.

Sink was clogged: quite inconvenient. A/C is ineffecient: gallway was cooler in the room despite having set it on max in the room

Room was a family room very spacious lovely new bathroom. Swimming pool,sauna,stream room and jazzurie good, gym very good. Evening meal and breakfast was very good and clean. Parking cost £10.50 overnight.confusing what the stairs but would stay again

The rooms are clean and comfortable, no arguments there. The sauna, steam room and pool are great. The food wasn’t amazing, not impressed in that department. The first time I’ve stayed in a Hilton, I was expecting more if I’m honest.

The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.
