DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge

Overall, it was OK. We went for a girls trip to go shopping and have a night away, swim and dinner. The hotel rooms were fine, nicely decorated and clean. There was plenty of parking but was chargeable 10.50 per night. Swimming pool was incredibly busy and we had to pre book a slot due to a lot of children being present. However the pool staff were very helpful and friendly. The main disappointment was dinner. Service was poor and the cesar salad was lack lustre. It would have been nice to have more sodt drink choices at the bar rather than having to go to the kiosk.

Poor experience. For starters, no fridge is provided in the room. I read online that you can potentially hire one, but only if requested in advance. No bottled water either. The biggest issue, though, was the constant noise from other guests in the corridor — kids running around shrieking from 6pm until around 11pm, then being woken at 4am by adults talking extremely loudly outside the room. Won't return.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms

Nice enough hotel. My room was plenty big enough, clean and modern. I couldn't hear the nearby busy road at all. The bar/restaurant area was great too. I would say that the pool as very dated and looked like it needed a good scrub. Also, when I went, kids swim lessons were on too which limited the already small pool to a single lane.

The property is well kept and convenient. I have stayed here since it was built. The only problem I have is the cost of having a car on the property. I think 10.50 pounds per night is an exorbitant fee.

Great hotel but a ridiculous price. The room was £130 with no breakfast included and an additional £10 to park. For the money, I’d have thought a dressing gown in the room should have been provided The food in the evening was also a limited selection and expensive.

There was very loud music in the room above us that lasted until 4 am and was shaking the walls , we then woke up at 6:45 am to the neighbours shouting. The walls where clearly very thin .

Not much of anything

Excellent staff, clean and spacious room. Really loved this hotel. Victoria at the front desk went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend.

The room clean and bed was comfortable. Temperature in the room was perfect 👌

They cannot cook eggs for breakfast, otherwise food was good. 1 lift was not working and the other very slow. We had a maintenance issue in the room and was told no maintenance work at the weekend. We were offered a room change which is very annoying. Otherwise a good stay.

Great place, nice and clean, friendly staff. Pool a little small but ok and train station a short walk so easy to get into London

Brilliant hotel. Really nice inside. Great staff. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were spacious, comfy & spotless. All the staff from receptionist to restaurant & bar staff were friendly & welcoming, Food was delicious & plentiful.

Rooms clean, pool good size and not overcrowded. Staff all pleasant and helpful

Children under 12 no longer eat free only under 10.

Hotel was fine just kids screaming and running around at 1 in the morning then a very loud domestic between a couple in the early hours. Not the hotel's fault just awful guests.
