DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge

Lovely stay - check in wasn’t great and lacked detail and first day of breakfast wasn’t good missing granola options and anyone to request eggs but Hilton messaged to ask how my stay was going and breakfast was rectified for the following days. They even sorted out my Hilton membership reward that had been missed at check in. That extra touch made a huge difference and alongside a great room, lovely service at the bar in the evening and gym and pool facilities I was really happy.

Checked in ok went to the room the volume on the tv was broken & could not get WiFi on my FireStick. They sent someone up to fix it but he couldn’t so changed room only to find the WiFi wasn’t working in that room ! & when I went to bed I couldn’t turn off the very loud air con ! … very poor

I wanted to order room service but couldn’t get hold of anybody after 15 mins of trying the room service number and reception so went down to the bar to order. After an 45 mins of waiting i rang down only to be told my order had been lost Heating in the room was old and very difficult to use. Insane down multiple times to get help as room was so hot but again no answer. Was told by reception when I checked out that the heating system is old and needs someone to show how to use it. I said I tried on multiple occasions but there was no answer!!! So I had a very hot and uncomfortable nights sleep. The sofa in the suite was broken. I laid down on it to watch the tv and put my feet in the arm, and it fell off. For the money I paid for a suite, very poor condition and very disappointed by the suite

Excellent service, food was ok, hotel was very clean ,and comfortable except for being woken by fire alarm .

Lovely stay. Welcoming check-in. Really nice room and toiletries. Great view of the Bridge and not far from Bluewater. The pool looked nice and the gym was good, clean.

Great hotel. Friendly staff and great facilities. The only negative about this hotel is the lack of Smart TVs. I think this is essential in 2025!

We paid for a deluxe room and it was very very cold from the moment we arrived. I even borrowed a radiator to plug in which helped slightly however we had to sleep in our jumpers. With regards to the pool there was a dead worm. Our room only had 2 clean bath towels and there was 4 of us.

The hotel and facilities were lovely however the AC not working was incredibly annoying and meant my partner and I had a terrible nights sleep, kept trying to turn it down with no difference in the room temp, had to resort to opening the window which helped more but heard nothing but the motorway traffic all night. Also not a huge difference but was shocked to find no mini fridge in our room, meaning our perishables couldn’t be kept cold.

Our bathroom sink was blocked Our door was left unlocked one day by cleaners One night we could not sleep due to a party in the next room Restaurant food was inedible, terrible and expensive, wine was horrible I was not offered a taste of the wine from my bottle so got stuck with it

Stayed here for 1 night to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. Room was fine, not enough towels for us all and only one dressing gown. Pool area was unkempt, jacuzzi looked like it needed a clean as did the changing rooms. Curtains on the single changing rooms were covered in some unsightly material. Food was nice but way over priced as were the drinks. Changed 12.5% service charge which I would have preferred going to the waitress. Breakfast was good though, good selection and all tasted good. Not a bad stay but could have been better

The hotel stay was really nice but the dinning options and room service was disappointing other than that we had a great time. My daughter loved the pool, which was the main reason we booked this hotel.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Only thing wish there was Guinness in the bar

A lovely relaxed evening of self-care for NYE! The room was spacious and clean, was able to watch and listen to music. The bed was soft and comfy. Would definitely stay again.
