excellent location if you’re attending a tradeshow at the Excel. It is a five minute walk to the Tradeshow floor. The Elizabeth line and DLR are very close and you can get into town easy.

A fantastic experience! Well located and easy to travel due to close proximity of the Prince Regent DLR. We also recieved a prosecco and a cookie which was a nice touch.

I booked an accessible double with hotel 1 month in advance and there was not one available but we were given a twin we were given complimentary drinks and then charged for them and our price included breakfast and they tried to charge for them all these items were sorted by the staff as well as they could

There was some not really nice smell in the room passages. The liquid shower gel on the shower wall had very little left in the show. The air conditioning is not the quietest and is understandably dated.

Room is pretty basic but clean like the rest of Hilton Chain. Breakfast team are helpful. Can’t say so with the reception team. Asked for help with the bags at check out , staff sounded shocked upon hearing the request. Came and grabbed one bag begrudgingly. Won’t be back in a hurry
