더블트리 바이 힐튼 런던 엑셀

주변에 상점 하나도 없음. 밥먹으러 나갈곳도 없음. 출장지가 엑셀컨벤션이라면 반드시 주변 Loft호텔 잡으시길.. 조식도 4성급치고는 너무 빈약함. 그리고 헬스장도 너무 부실… 직원들만 매우 친절함.

시설도 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 너무너무 좋았습니다. 영국에서 지내는동안 편히 쉬다가 왔습니다.

직원들의 친절도는 높지 않았으나 전반적으로 청결하고 조식이 훌륭

Dean from reception was so lovely & welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was a shame the bed was very uncomfortable in the room & the tv options were limited as much of the channels didn't work.

Great hotel, good location for the excel.

People working at the hotel were all great, will be back for another 2 weeks in 2026,,,,,thank the staff they have earned the hotel rating

The hotel was one of the best hotels I stayed at, it really safe with great breakfast and an amazing view also excellent customer service.

The lady receptionist was not welcoming. Noise outside the rooms of other guests, banging of doors could be heard as the main door was not sound proof. Bathroom drainage system was bad. Rooms and linen were not clean enough. Overall poor stay at this property, would not want to repeat stay or recommend anyone.

Very helpful and friendly staff. My wife has a nut allergy and the breakfast staff were brilliant

It wasn't the standard i expected. Dirty and stained bedding, coke got stooling from the room.

Hotel is near the excel centre. I booked the wrong one but it was only a short distance from the one I thought I booked Hotel rooms are a bit tired. Beds comfortable . Shower leaked all over the floor apart from that all good. Reception staff were helpful however the bar staff were sullen and clearly unhappy in their work. The bar food is reheated and dreadful. I had a burger that I could have solved my shoe with and the chips were awful. The ones on top had been arranged to make them look good but the ones underneath were reheated and inedible. Hilton , if you are not going to serve freshly prepared food, don't bother. Breakfast was good enough food and the staff were attentive. Overall a good enough stay blighted only by the bar food.

Room was locating facing the river so was perfect during the night and morning to wake and sleep to. Unfortunately the room did not come with bin bags making throwing away things difficult, basic requirement which weren’t there Also during a night there was a guest so was screaming at staff (I believe) after a dispute when it could have been settled at reception or anyone other then the hallways where others are sleeping especially the fact it was 4am.

I koved the fact that it was on the water front and transportation waa very easy however i didnt like the fact that there wwre very limited dining out options

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton for one night in a standard room, booked to celebrate her 30th birthday. Prior to our arrival, I discreetly emailed the hotel to mention the special occasion, and to my absolute delight, we were greeted at check-in with the incredible news that we had been upgraded to a deluxe suite overlooking the stunning London skyline! The room itself was absolutely excellent – very modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. It truly made the occasion feel even more special. The thoughtful touches didn't stop there; we were also welcomed with two complimentary cookies, two free drinks, and two bottles of water. To top it all off, our car park fee was waived, and we received a 15% meal voucher (though we didn't get a chance to use it this time!). A massive shout-out and heartfelt thank you must go to Irene who orchestrated this fantastic surprise for us. Her attention to detail and generosity made our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is very modern and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness throughout. For those looking to explore, transport to central London is incredibly convenient, with tube stations readily available and a journey time of around 20-30 minutes. As an EV owner, I particularly appreciated the hotel's EV charging facilities. Taking advantage of the waived parking fee, I was able to recharge my car at a very reasonable 59p per kWh, costing only around £18 overall. Would come again

Las sábanas y las cobijas de las camas tenían un olor desagradable. El personal de recepción poco amable cuando llegamos y en el transcurso del hospedaje.

Det var ikke varmt vann i dusjen, og klimaanlegget fungerte heller ikke. Ettersom det var 25+ grader så ble det utrolig varmt på rommet, og det gikk ikke an å åpne vindu.

great hotel....location was awesome for concert across in silver works island ...5 min walk ...hotels buffet breakfast was delicious with so much options from cereals,cold meats ,mouth watering pastry selection and hot breakfast options ..also had good decent workout from gym room facilities...staff were friendly and helpful and overall I will definitely be returning on my nxt visit to London..trains into city are bout 10 min walk from hotel and a fun way to explore and get about London so even though hotel is not in city centre it's so easy to get in and out by train so this wasn't an issue but made exploring the city more fun
