Lovely stay! Beds were super comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean! Exactly what you need! Breakfast was great! Plenty of options and the nicest staff! Pretty good connection to the 02 areana, choice of two DLR stops. All in all great stay!

Booked at short notice to enable us to fly to Milan for a funeral. The night staff who were working when we checked in were AMAZING. Everything you'd hope for in a Hilton. Otherwise it's a nice, convenient hotel for City Airport - we weren't there long. But the staff are great.

Staff were excellent, one even showed me how to download and use Uber for taxis. One small drawback was the bed was much firmer than we are used to and it made a lot of noise whenever you moved which was quite annoying.

Check-in was fine. Room was disappointing. Paid around £680 for 2 nights. Toilet paper disintegrates when you use it, and as a women it was disgusting every time I had to use the loo. I don't even know what they call their pillows, it's ridiculous. Their coffee bags are basically for show as the coffee just leaks out (then they charge you around £10 for 2 flat whites out of the breakfast coffee machine).
The restaurant is overpriced and most of the food just tastes microwaved. Really poor.

Stayed for a night to go to a concert at the O2. Cracking location! Only took 14 mins door to door. We had a twin room. The room was spacious and the beds bigger than a standard single. Lovely bathroom and amenities with the added bonus of really good fresh cookies! The little shop was crazy expensive (£6.99 for Doritos/biscuits) but overall a fab hotel!

Good location. Close to docklands railway but hilton yse feather pillows and duvets as default. For people with alergies this is a nighmare especially when checking after housekeeping have finished.
The bed didnt feel sturdy but the room was very spacious and well appointed.
