Absolutely great hotel, great value for the price and had a beautiful view of the dock. There were robes in the room and nice bottled water, have to mention how super clean it was- this hotel really did all the little things right to make it a lovely stay. I wasn’t expecting the level of greatness we got as it was a budget hotel but ticked all the boxes!!

Great location

Great location for o2 arena. Easily accessed by short Uber or cable car! Also the train station is close to get into more central areas easily.

The staff are excellent

The check in agent was a customer service top notch person and very well suited for his job thus being a very good ambassador for the this hotel company. The welcoming and friendliness that we were met with by this guy made a huge impression and the check in a pure delight. The room was clean and comfortable with just enough space for its purpose. Bathroom was clean but like a plastic module like you find onboard an airplane but a a little bit bigger due to having the shower area moulded in to the module. The shower floor gets very slippery when wet and you can easily slip and fall if you don’t take it carefully when you are making a move or getting out. Had an iron and an ironing board placed over in the wardrobe area that’s located at the opposite end of the entrance of the room, next to the little desk and the window.

The room was comfortable and the staff were really friendly and approachable oh and there were some chocolate cookies were waiting for me when I checked in.

Stayed for a concert at the O2 and it was the perfect location. Cable car is 5 mins walk to go over the river or tube over the other side of the Excel, minimum 10mins walk. Hotel was very clean and friendly staff on arrival. Was busy as loads staying for the concert however was a good atmosphere. Small bar and limited food menu but good nonetheless. Minimal noise overnight or the morning. Would recommend asking for a river view when checking in if possible for a nice scenery.

Average for London, but the price was good. Under the landing approach for London City Airport, but didn't really hear much once we were inside. Room clean, nice looking bed, but extremely hard, pillows awful, no support at all, so awoke with an extremely stiff neck. Not a great nights sleep, was extremely hot too, the aircon worked but didn't keep as cool as would have liked. None of these issues raised with staff tho as we were back very late, so I'm sure we could have had that seen to if we could. Bathroom compact and clean, tea & coffee facilities in room adequate, nice TV. Bar was open after our show at 11.30, was quite busy and reasonably priced.
