宿泊初日の清掃が良くなかった(コップなどがそのまま)

駅からさほど離れてなく便利。空港からもエリザベスラインで一本で来れるのは良い。 部屋の設備は思った以上に何もない。冷蔵庫やセキュリティボックスは無かった。アメニティも特になし。

深夜2時過ぎのチェックインでも問題なかった。 さらにロビーにあるBar でtake away のドリンクも買い求める事ができた。部屋にミニバーがないが助かるわ。

The mattresses on the single beds were really worn and need replacing. On one bed it was worn in the middle so you rolled in and on the other bed there was a also a big dip in the middle where people must have been sitting on the edge of the bed. We complained but it never got changed just another “topper” added. Resulted in 2 terrible nights sleep. Location is good and minutes from the Excel arena but would not recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were great, close to the light rail, lots of eating places near by.

The room was the standard I expect of this hotel chain, the location was very conveneient. The staff were very helpful going out of their way to assist me with a couple of problems I had with things I had forgotten or lost which was more than I would have expected so very helpful

Staff are extremy curtios and helpful. Rooms are ok. Only wish Breakfast was added in the bill

Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But there was construction happening which I wasn’t forewarned about and it was really noisy during the day. Rooms are relatively clean but could do with the curtains being cleaned.

It’s clean and close to ExCel so if you’re in London for a conference or expo, it can do the trick. Also let us check in early which was nice. Close to two transit stations (Royal Victoria and Custom House) However, they are really stingy on the towels. No face cloths or hand towels, also we ordered a room with two beds but they were stuck together with no real way to separate them. One night cleaning staff forgot to put sheets on the bed or a bath rug/towel in the bathroom. Also sink in the washroom barely drained. You have to be careful with the shower as you can get water everywhere due to how the shower is designed. Overall tough to recommend, there are better options. Use this if you’re stuck (like I was).

Great location and treatment by the hotel facilities in general with availability of excellent room service condiments

Room was not soundproofed as advertised by Ibis. Noise from room above which disturbed our sleep. Noise 7 am following morning from noisy group exiting lift and which woke us. Bathroom dirty, mechanism of shower seat really dirty which orange mould. Sorry but not what we paid for!

Excellent service and great staff

Room was a bit too warm despite having the air con on. The room was very clean and quiet and we appreciated the breakfast variety. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
