Very good breakfast, good selection and fresh. Bar and food menu limited, but the food was good. Location is perfect, next to the Excel arena and the O2 arena; only a short river crossing by cable car takes 10min, almost next to the hotel. There are some nice restaurants and other hotels around.

I stay at this hotel very offer. This time the room fell like it’s been downgraded a bit as there was no iron/ironing board, and no coffee machine with pods, which are amenities that I like and usually use when I’ve been to the same hotel before.

Great extensive breakfast menu and all products were fresh and well stocked.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They were polite and chatty, the evening/bar staff were also chatty and funny and really made our stay worthwhile.
The only slight let down for me was the mattress being a bit too firm for my liking.

Arrived early and our room was ready. Great facilities in the room with a nespresso machine and robes. Everything spotless. Breakfast was also good quality and served until 11am. So handy for the Exel but also to travel into central London. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would def stay again.

We booked an accessible room for my wife who is in a wheelchair. The room was the least accessible room I've stayed in. Very cramped around the doorway leaving very little room to manoeuvre. Price was extraordinary considering the room quality. The room was tatty I would say is the best word. The bed was not very comfortable either. Bathroom was not too bad in terms of accessibility but I would certainly not recommend it.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Had a good laugh which was nice. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. We had an accessibility room which was nice but would have preferred non slip mats in the room without having to go get them. Other than that it was honestly perfect. Will 100% be using again. The room had a lovely view of the river too. Highly recommend.
