The staff were very friendly and helpful ( even caring about the fish ) we were given a free upgrade which was very much appreciated it’s not often you get things like that happen. The stay itself was very good the bed was very comfy and spacious and it is located right next to the train station for convenience as we stayed for a gig at anfield. Overall very very good stay :)

Easy access to all areas of Liverpool secure parking next door included in price. Next to Lime Street Railway Station so short walk. Polite and helpful staff, nice restuarant within building and bar for a nightcap. Rooms spacious and clean. Lifts to floors so no stairs unless you want to use them. Next to Liverpool Empire but quiet in room despite all the traffic and trains coming in. I have been here a couple of times and enjoyed each stay. Reasonably priced for a city centre. Short walk to shopping centre and 15 - 20 mins to high street shops and Albert Dock.

We had a good stay here and the room and bathroom were clean. It’s very convenient for the station (or parking is included if required). It was July and the third floor room was very warm but, thankfully, a fan was provided. The staff were efficient at check in and out.

We parked in hotel Carpark and went to hotel to advise if this. Room wasn’t booked until 3pm but they gave us the room earlier. Nothing was any hassle.

Considering the price of my two night stay, I expected a lot better. The room was horrendously hot and the fan was very noisy and completely useless. Surely, in this day and age, air con is a must. It was supposed to have been a deluxe room but looked very tired and dated. I wouldn’t stay at the Liner again.
