Second time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s situated next door to Liverpool Lime Street station, roughly a two minute walk, and Liverpool One is a five minute walk away. The staff on the reception couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room was clean and had a good fan and a decent coffee maker. Also had a fridge with complimentary fresh milk, water and cookies which was lovely. Superking bed and best nights sleep in a while. Black out curtains were amazing. Breakfast was fab. Best buffet breakfast we have had in a while.

We came back at 10.45 to use the hotel bar to be told you do know its a Tuesday night therefore the bar is closed although it was the 30th of December and half of the country was off. I asked for a bottle of wine for me and my husband to take up and they only had the very small bottles to offer us. The staff behind the reception made us feel a nuisance that we was interrupting. We went out fir a additional drink came back a hour later and requested 2 small bottles of wine to take up with us for a night cap to be told now they didn’t have any that a member of staff had gone out to do some shopping to get some stock in We are not happy as this was supposed to be a treat

We stay at this hotel every year between Christmas and new year. We like the location and free parking. The hotel is quite nice, and always reasonably priced for the dates we visit. This year we didn't particularly get a good nights sleep, there was a deep humming sound till 11.30pm which then stopped and started again at around 5am. It gave me quite a pounding headache. We will be booking again next year, but I'll make sure i don't get the same room, as I have never had this issue in the past.

Was really disappointed on the room heating situation.i came in wet through ,couldn't get warm as the heating was on a timer .I left after two days iniof three .was really ill with flu through Christmas,solely because of the cause of no heating in rooms,it was Christmas week and damn cold

Warm welcome on check in. We did get there slightly early but the room was available and in no time we were checking it out. It was clean spacious and very comfortable. The en suite was a good standard. We had a night cap in the hotel bar after seeing a gig and it was a decent selection at reasonable prices.

Warm welcome on check in. We did get there slightly early but the room was available and in no time we were checking it out. It was clean spacious and very comfortable. The en suite was a good standard. We had a night cap in the hotel bar after seeing a gig and it was a decent selection at reasonable prices.
