Second stay at this lovely hotel. We were 4 nights room only. Maid service daily and lovely large fluffy towels - it’s the little things! Room we had overlooked the train station (which is a little noisy but quietens down later) and didnt have air con - although there was a fan we could use. Parking is free which is great when staying a few nights. We used the bar facilities a few nights. Lovely central hotel that I would recommend. We went to the theatre at the end of the street on our last night which was great.

First impression of hotel was the filthy fish tank in the foyer? Room clean, no A/C but big fan provided in room which with high temperatures was welcome but too noisy for sleeping. Breakfast was nice, fresh and plentiful, breakfast staff (all local girls) were attentive and always busy replenishing and cleaning tables👏 ( tip: Wetherspoons as is Empire Theatre are literally a few yards from the hotel - just saying). Parking next door was easy plenty of space.

I usually stay here when visiting Liverpool. Right next to Lime Street station. The rooms are large and well priced. The standard rooms don't come with a fridge and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. However fans are provided. Car parking, a 2 minute walk from the hotel, is free so that is a big bonus for anyone travelling with a car.

Didn’t like the 3pm check in rule. Arrived at 230pm hopeful of earlier check in and was asked to return at 1500pm. Was a good job there was no one else attempting to check in same time as check was long winded and tourist tax was an unexpected charge although minimal. No air con in room but a fan was provided and room was ok.

Very impressed with the appearance and the style of the hotel entrance, reception and bar area's both indoor & outdoor they were well presented, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful & and friendly they also told us of various offers in the hotel for us to enjoy during our stay, check-in was very easy, our room was of a good size and was spotless, plus it had a good range of furnishings & fittings also the bathroom sparkled and had good quality accessories throughout, we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend & return to in the future. Thanks.

The staff at reception were very friendly and informative. The only downside of our stay was the lack of air-conditioning, despite the fan provided in the room the heat was too uncomfortable which spoilt our stay. We love the Liner hotel but we have decided to only stay there in the winter from now on.

Thank you for the recent room upgrade during my stay. However, I wanted to provide feedback regarding the new room, which was located at the back of the property. Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning, leaving it uncomfortably hot throughout the night. Additionally, because it faced the back, I could hear every announcement from the nearby train station. Since my original booking was for a room at the front of the property, I did not realize these issues until late at night when it was too late to request a change. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be reviewed for future guests.

Our stay was very enjoyable, the receptionwere very helpful with any queries. The only complaint I have is during the happy hour in the bar , it wasnt very relaxing to have a darts match blaring away on the television screens., especially when it seemed to be of little interest to anyone else. Some music would have been preferable but the bar staff showed little interest. Most hotels may have a screen on but usually on mute.
