What a great stay at a lovely location, and our room view was just as the picture. All staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. From the check-in team to the breakfast team to the concierge team, all were super helpful and polite. The only negative from our stay, I would say, is the room. The room was of a size to be expected. However, portable heaters needed to be plugged in to warm up the room, which then occupied the limited number of plugs available. The room is a bit dated, 1970s/80s style, and could do with an upgrade. That said, they were clean and tidy. Overall, a great stay in a great location with great staff. I would still stay there again.

The floor was not clean upto expectations.In the site it was mentioned that there will be a smart TV,but unfortunately it was a normal TV with few channels and I don’t think it should be called as smart TV

Staff was ok to deal with. Room was clean except bathroom shower had a moderate amount of mold in it. There was a bit of a sewage smell as we walked down the hotel hallway of our floor. Our phone also didn’t work in our room.

Terrible experience for our wedding anniversary. Broken heating system in freezing December in a Central London hotel - we had a small baby, the room was extremely cold and the compassion and service was shocking. Unhelpful staff, housekeeping was non-existent during our stay as they never came to clean the room despite several requests. Reception staff not very friendly, and looked tired and unbothered in their jobs. Car parking ridiculously overpriced. Breakfast was okay and the only saving grace is the location. I had told them about our anniversary at the time of booking and again upon arrival, but they failed to make the visit special for us or even help facilitate room decoration or surprise. Would not recommend. Plenty of other good options available nearby.

First night room was cold and bathroom heater not working. There was a small electric radiator already working in the room when we arrived but not powerful enough to heat the room. After that we got an upgrade room which was lovely and warm.

The rooms were good and well presented. The room service food was awful, the QR scan didn’t work as we tried a number of times eventually we called reception who said oh they haven’t worked in ages. When the food arrived it was cold and tried to call reception to raise complaint however they did not answer on a number of occasions then when we reported to reception the following day the receptionist looked at me awful like I was lying and didn’t apologise or provide any discount or anything. Very disappointed

I’m very disappointed with my stay as the room was extremely dirty. While the view was incredible, the room had so many disgusting stains on the carpet made me nauseous. It was super dated and the heater didn’t work. I literally had a cold sweat every night it was TERRIBLE! The water wouldn’t drain properly in the shower and the elevator did not work I used the service one everyday. This was the 7th floor. Very poor stay

Room was clean and comfortable but a little "tired". Shower leaked and tiles were cracked and chipped. Took advantage of go green offer ie £7 voucher each day for missing a room service. However £14 didn't even pay for 1 glass of wine! Won't bother again

It’s a great spot for taking pictures of Tower Bridge and there’s a lot of dining options nearby. That’s about it. The room was dated and had a lot of wear. The bathtub exterior had obvious water damage, the television would shut itself off after like 10 minutes. It’s just outside of the congestion zone so getting an uber can sometimes be a hassle. And let’s be honest here. The hotel is for tourists. Buckingham palace and Big Ben are 30 minute drives away if you’re lucky. It’s over an hour from Heathrow. It wasn’t the worst place in London but for the cost, there are better options
