I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Tower Hotel. Although the furniture was a little tired & dated, everything else was great. The view was excellent, the location is perfect & the staff were all brilliant, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I'd recommend it for a stay in London & would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It is in a safe area and close to an underground station. There is also a taxi stand directly outside the hotel. Small tip to travelers - there is no air conditioning, but that is common for this area.

Great breakfast daily included with stay. Room was very clean, although small. We were provided with bottled water daily. On site restaurant had great food. The view from our room was really nice. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. And the hotel was very convenient to tour bus stop, Tower of London and Tower Bridge. We had a great stay at this hotel.

I loved this hotel. It had incredible views of the river & the Tower Bridge. Staff was nice. Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. Walking distance to many local spots.

The hotel lobby was under construction/ renovation, the noise was extremely loud The restaurant was on the lobby level so we could hear the noise so we opted not to eat there …. Very inconvenient to have to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner
