Didn't have breakfast, but bar staff in the upper floor bar were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view of Tower Bridge. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Great stay, views was amazing, room was a little dated but apart from that it was a great stay, the gym need a lot of attention, I booked specifically for the gym and couldn’t use it and had to go of site to another gym which wasn’t ideal but apart from that the hotel is great and will definitely stay again

This our first time in London! The Tower Hotel is in a great area and comes with beautiful views. It’s located right next to Saint Katherine’s docks. Great restaurant options here as well and comes with more beautiful views. Hotel was great. A bit outdated but still comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this location.

Arrived in our room and were immediately disappointed with the quality of the accommodation, the wood furniture was worn and chipped in some places and had a metal screw pointing outwards to keep a cupboard closed, which could have caught someone’s leg. We asked to change the room which the helpful receptionist did, which was slightly better and whilst the furniture was still tired and worn, at least it was safe enough. On a positive note, the view from the room we chose was great overlooking the impressive Tower Bridge. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel’s Vicinity restaurant on the first night and the staff were very friendly. We used the lovely cocktail bar on the first floor a couple of times , staff were very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend a visit there for a night cap . Overall, the hotel had a lot of good features including the views over the impressive Tower Bridge, however, the worn and tired bedrooms that we were in, was not in keeping with what a major hotel in this landmark location should be .

Rooms need updating. Furniture is worn, curtains are very dusty. Our room had very visible signs of a leak in the ceiling. Waits for elevators are long and be prepared to stop at every floor going up and down. Despite the variety, breakfast is lacking in flavor. Coffee is instant, no creamer options. Ended up skipping altogether after the first morning and spent additional money elsewhere. The view of Tower Bridge is great and proximity to Tower Hill tube is a plus. This hotel is just “ok”. Gets you by a few nights, but not the place to stay for 8 nights like we did. Not recommendable and would skip it.

We arrived just before 12pm and placed our suitcase into the concierge which is excellent. We did this as we could not check in until 3pm and therefore went sightseeing into London for the day. When we came back at 8.30pm we found our room was still not ready as they had not placed a bed for my daughter in the room which was requested prior. The staff took another 60 mins to put a bed into our room so our daughter couldn't go to bed when she wanted to. The staff apologised but it came across like we were in the wrong in how they spoke. Nothing provided to us to apologise for this inconvenience. In addition our hotel window was broken and the air con didn't really work so the room was very hot. The hotel views are amazing and the location is great for tourists looking to explore London. However the hotel does look tired and does need a revamp.

The hotel is outdated some parts are renovated. Our room had stains and hair on the bedding, hair in the shower. The walls had ripped wallpaper in both the room and the hallways. 2 restaurants on site as well as being super close to the tower of london and tower bridge being seen from most of the rooms. Is a great central location if you want to do anything in central london as its a short 5-10 minute walk to the tower bridge train station and a short cab or walk to liverpool street station. We did this with our child for his birthday visit and he loved it we will definately be back to stay if we are ever down that way again.
