Great room, bigger than most London hotels, comfortable bed and 2 chairs, bath with powerful shower.

Nice clean room and the view of tower bridge was amazing and i dont think the price was unreasonable too :-)

This hotel is very pretty and can give you an amazing view of the Tower Bridge. For the price the rooms are slightly dated but it’s in a great location for hitting all the things you want to see. Months before arriving, I purchased the night before so we were ensured check-in, since we landed from the states early in the morning and could not wait until 3 PM to check-in. Upon arrival, I was told our room was not ready. I told the gentleman that we paid for the previous night. Luckily he was able to find the receipt, but said it was hidden. We wet up to our room to put our things away, and get settled in before going to explore this beautiful city to which we’ve never been. We tried turning on the lights, to find out none of the light switches were working. I figured there was a master switch so I made sure that was turned on, and non of the lights would turn on and our plug ins would not work. We called the reception desk, and they said they would send maintenance. We left for about 2 hours figuring that would be plenty of time. We returned, and it still was not fixed. So I went downstairs to let someone know, and a woman told me she would sent maintenance, though I was already told this. So I said okay, and we left again to explore for over 3-4 hours. Upon returning, nothing was fixed. We went back down to the receptionist and was told that maintenance went to fix it, but this was not true. A gentleman accepted to put us into another room that still had a great view. The s

Our room was clean and the view of the bridge was outstanding. It really is an excellent location. Breakfast was also excellent and the omelette station was a fantastic addition. We didn’t have breakfast until 10am and although busy we didn’t feel we had to wait for anything. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel had plenty of places to eat, drink, snack or grab a coffee. My only negatives were that check in took some time (although the self check in machines are great) and the wait for elevators can be a while. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Great location, amazing views of the river and the Tower Bridge, many attractions nearby, good room service, nice restaurants, accommodating staff.

The Concierge amenities were great for us as we were off to see a show in Shaftesbury Avenue 🎭 The hotel is lovely and there’s lots of eateries around St Katherine’s Dock 🍽️ The chap who checked us in could do with some people skills and should learn not to show his contempt for divorced woman on his face when checking them in Our room was great and the sofa bed had been made us for us so that was good when we’d gotten to the room around 10 p.m. I’d love to say here for longer ☺️

Only 1 towel in the room. Rang down to get another but it never arrived. Room look very dated. Old fashioned.
