酒店就在倫敦㙮旁,景歡漂亮 步行到地鐵站約5分鐘.酒店樓下有餐廳.2分鐘有超市.十分方便,唯一缺點是傢俱有點舊及玻損.

酒店需要返新，內面又舊又爛。只是地點方便！

橋景景觀很好，最初只給我二樓，要問才給高層，雖然是全統裝修，一般也可以，只是房內沒有雪櫃有點可惜。

look likes a hundred year castle. check in services very poor.

無敵景色tower bridge, 只有這點什麼都值了

The entire experience is bad... I regret choosing this hotel. The first 2 days, I was assigned to a room with only 1/3 window size of all other rooms of same room type and same price. Frankly, I paid for the view. Yes, the bridge is beautiful, but I was like looking at it from a prison cell... Since windows of mine and the next door is of a "L Shape" arrangement, I can definitely look at the bed of next door in detail from my window. At the same time, guest in next door can look into the the big mirror above my desk which is reflecting my bathroom. No privacy at all! After expressing my disappointment, hotel agree to assign another room to me from the third day. However my mood was already ruined. In general: 1) The pillow cover is coved with dust; 2) Room service won't change bed sheet even there are stain on it, unless you request; 3) Bathtub is grey as it is covered with dust; 4) Hot water provision was unstable when taking shower; 5) No fridge; 6) Socket is far away from bed which means you have to sleep away from phone; 7) Centralized air conditioning system, couldn't adjust when hotel turn on the heater. Temperature outside was 12°C, not that low. I was sweating in the room. I opened the window but the noise from the bar downstair made me difficult to fall asleep; 8) The 24-hour gym room is very tiny; 9) TV is low resolution; Even the renovation is old fashioned, the hygiene, services, arrangement could be much better, but sadly hadn't. Not Recommended!

There were issues with the check in, the room was only available after 4:30pm and there was not a human operated reception desk to provide information (only automatic self check in desks) The property is undergoing renovations and the noise was too loud early in the morning.

Die Lage des Hotels ist erstklassig. Direkt an der Themse, zwischen Tower Bridge und St. Katharine Docks. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein Stadthotel sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer. Hier müsste man mal wieder etwas investieren. Die Badezimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Das Emaille der Badewanne war schon ganz abgewetzt und sah daher unsauber aus. Die Familienzimmer im 11 Stock sahen besser aus. Aber alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles war gut wie immer. Wir kommen wieder.

The breakfast was ok, hotel not a fancy as what I was expecting for the price. No electrical outlet or usb plugs by the beds. Not a big fan of the express machine, would have preferred a regular coffee pot. Ended up buying coffee every morning. Overall for what I paid, I expected more and more modern

Excellent location within walking distance of many sights. Good transport links.

We selected this hotel for the proximity & view to London’s Tower Bridge. It didn’t disappoint. What did disappoint was the state of the hotel. It felt rundown & not quite up to date. Location - excellent, service & condition - could be better.

The staff are brilliants. We next our bag early with the concierge to explore. The lobby and lifts are clean and modern. The views from the room of the bridge are brilliant. The shower is very dated but is powerful. It is very low however and was at eye level. Was a bit of mould in the corner.

I have sent a email directly to the hotel company but am yet to receive a response Hotel had renovation work going on which hasn’t been specified, self check in wasn’t working which resulted in a huge queue but no staff were on hand to inform guests not to try to use it - this then resulted in another large queue at the manned check in - for which only two staff members were available Our room was tatty with a cracked sink, damage to the bathroom door and sticky residue in the bath. We were also placed in a room directly in front of the lift which was super noisy all night The plumbing in our room was also problematic and resulted in a large gurgling from the plug hole in the sink every time the rooms above us flushed the loo On checkout there was no staff available to complain to and we were in a rush as we had a tour booking to get to - hence my emailing thistle direct - over a week later and we have received no response at all Overall a highly disappointing stay !

The only positive point was the location. The hotel is terrible, the cleanliness of the rooms is horrible, the rooms are old, the reception staff is terrible! The towels are of terrible quality, the hotel stinks. The hotel is under renovation and does not warn who is making the reservation, there is a long, long way to go to be a 4-star.
