酒店就在倫敦㙮旁,景歡漂亮 步行到地鐵站約5分鐘.酒店樓下有餐廳.2分鐘有超市.十分方便,唯一缺點是傢俱有點舊及玻損.

酒店需要返新，內面又舊又爛。只是地點方便！

橋景景觀很好，最初只給我二樓，要問才給高層，雖然是全統裝修，一般也可以，只是房內沒有雪櫃有點可惜。

無敵景色tower bridge, 只有這點什麼都值了

The entire experience is bad... I regret choosing this hotel. The first 2 days, I was assigned to a room with only 1/3 window size of all other rooms of same room type and same price. Frankly, I paid for the view. Yes, the bridge is beautiful, but I was like looking at it from a prison cell... Since windows of mine and the next door is of a "L Shape" arrangement, I can definitely look at the bed of next door in detail from my window. At the same time, guest in next door can look into the the big mirror above my desk which is reflecting my bathroom. No privacy at all! After expressing my disappointment, hotel agree to assign another room to me from the third day. However my mood was already ruined. In general: 1) The pillow cover is coved with dust; 2) Room service won't change bed sheet even there are stain on it, unless you request; 3) Bathtub is grey as it is covered with dust; 4) Hot water provision was unstable when taking shower; 5) No fridge; 6) Socket is far away from bed which means you have to sleep away from phone; 7) Centralized air conditioning system, couldn't adjust when hotel turn on the heater. Temperature outside was 12°C, not that low. I was sweating in the room. I opened the window but the noise from the bar downstair made me difficult to fall asleep; 8) The 24-hour gym room is very tiny; 9) TV is low resolution; Even the renovation is old fashioned, the hygiene, services, arrangement could be much better, but sadly hadn't. Not Recommended!

Great hotel in an amazing location.

The location is perfect It is close to everything. Amazing view of Thames river and The Tower, accessible to public transportation. Staff were helpful but for some reason the bed is not comfortable, and no one takes out the trash for the time we were there.

Gammal standard på rummen, duscha och vara 192cm lång var en utmaning. Bra frukost med stort utbud. Trevlig personal och bra läge med gångavstånd till det mesta.

Clean and comfy bed, good size room and bathroom. However let down by outdated decor, filthy old carpet and generally in need of an update. On Saturday night there was a function and the music was so loud the building was vibrating and didn’t stop until 11:30. Its ok, has what you need but could be a lot better and more considerate of guests staying at the hotel by not having extremely loud music in the function room.

Flott hotel med fantastisk beliggenhet. Utsikt mot leven og Katharina Docs. Nær Tower Hill subway. Masse serveringssteder rett ved - langs elven.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Zimmer war ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert und daran hat sich auch nach Reklamation nichts geändert. Das Personal war freundlich.

The reception is not very welcoming - not what might be expected from a high rated hotel. The room was poor, low lights at night made the room dark. The shower was fixed to flood the room. House cleaners took things. The safe wasn’t operating and was not replaced during the stay. The TV automatically turned on in the early hours. The fridge was hidden behind cupboard doors unable to open easily. Many bare cables exposed. The lifts are a disaster between 9.30 and 11.30.

Très agréable hôtel. Vu sur tower bridge magique. Relativement propre, salle de bain qui demanderait un petit rafraîchissement. Beaucoup d'activités autour mais aucun bruit dans la chambre. Je recommande cet hôtel.
