Great view of Tower Bridge

很棒

酒店就在倫敦㙮旁,景歡漂亮 步行到地鐵站約5分鐘.酒店樓下有餐廳.2分鐘有超市.十分方便,唯一缺點是傢俱有點舊及玻損.

酒店需要返新，內面又舊又爛。只是地點方便！

橋景景觀很好，最初只給我二樓，要問才給高層，雖然是全統裝修，一般也可以，只是房內沒有雪櫃有點可惜。

look likes a hundred year castle. check in services very poor.

無敵景色tower bridge, 只有這點什麼都值了

The entire experience is bad... I regret choosing this hotel. The first 2 days, I was assigned to a room with only 1/3 window size of all other rooms of same room type and same price. Frankly, I paid for the view. Yes, the bridge is beautiful, but I was like looking at it from a prison cell... Since windows of mine and the next door is of a "L Shape" arrangement, I can definitely look at the bed of next door in detail from my window. At the same time, guest in next door can look into the the big mirror above my desk which is reflecting my bathroom. No privacy at all! After expressing my disappointment, hotel agree to assign another room to me from the third day. However my mood was already ruined. In general: 1) The pillow cover is coved with dust; 2) Room service won't change bed sheet even there are stain on it, unless you request; 3) Bathtub is grey as it is covered with dust; 4) Hot water provision was unstable when taking shower; 5) No fridge; 6) Socket is far away from bed which means you have to sleep away from phone; 7) Centralized air conditioning system, couldn't adjust when hotel turn on the heater. Temperature outside was 12°C, not that low. I was sweating in the room. I opened the window but the noise from the bar downstair made me difficult to fall asleep; 8) The 24-hour gym room is very tiny; 9) TV is low resolution; Even the renovation is old fashioned, the hygiene, services, arrangement could be much better, but sadly hadn't. Not Recommended!

Mysigt och vackert område med mycket restauranger och barer omkring. Hade fantastisk utsikt över Tower Bridge. Relativt nära tunnelbanestation. Inget ”wow-hotell” annars, rätt standard, inte mer. Man skulle helst checka in själv, vilket vi hade svårt med pga Ö i efternamnet (haha), men fick få till receptionen och få hjälp.

I hotellets lobby och vid frukosten kändes en mycket påträngande lukt av starka rengöringsmedel som jag upplevde som mycket obehaglig. Det tog ner intrycket av boendet. Rummet var i okej skick, men badrummet var slitet och duschen fungerade dåligt.

The location of this hotel is what draws people there. The rooms are small, but you are in the location for the sites, not to stay in the room. It is a very busy hotel. The lobby is always busy. It is currently undergoing renovations, which makes the lobby look even smaller. The staff are very helpful, but we found that the housekeeping was lacking. We had run out of tissues, toilet paper, and towels. The room we were in got sun all day long (and the summer days in London are very long), so we had to keep the curtains drawn to help keep the room cooler because the air conditioners did not go lower than 72 degrees F. The food was delicious, the drinks were delightful, the staff very friendly, and the view beautiful! I would definitely stay there again.

Selve hotellet er fint, god beliggenhed og sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Vi fik et gammelt og slidt værelse, det var ikke gjort super godt rent.

Great location.

Very clean, friendly staff, rooms were spacious and we were treated like royalty. Walking distance to the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. Cute place to hang out near the hotel with food trucks, and live music on certain days. Coffee shop on the corner is great too. Overall I would stay there again and no complaints.

Good for a city vacatiob

Great stay - was able to check in early and the view from the 9th floor across the docks towards canary wharf was fabulous The room was rather tired hence the lower score but was very clean. Only one set of towels was a bit unusual though! It was disappointing that there was no working fridge as the temperatures exceeded 30 and the ability to come back to cold drinks would have been nice

The location was excellent and we had a fabulous view of Tower Bridge. The front desk and concierge staff were wonderful. The omelet station was a treat and kitchen staff helpful. The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem during the recent heat wave. But the lobby was pleasant and the room fan helped. The housekeeping staff was the weak link. They were not responsive and sometimes didn't even clean the room. But the front desk sent them back when asked.
